The deploynt from the Abyss doesn’t operate on a principle of proximity; currently, the closest State Capital’s Developnt Zone to Starshine City can only be reached by teleportation, and it’s one of the more remote ones.

Tao Yu did not mind joining such a loose guild; the only requirent was to contribute periodic mbership fees, which was not of much concern to him.
Plainly put, it’s a high-level cooperative mutual aid association with three Silver Partner mbers. If it weren’t so loosely structured, ’Redemption’ could be considered a top-tier force in the Inner City.
One of the Silver Partners is currently in another Developnt Zone.
