Tao Yu left the store with four skills. Wanhuo Chamber of Comrce still had good stuff, Starshine City hadn’t sold these externally, there were two extraordinary skills that could be directly absorbed.

Issues like escalating broken engagent controversies, an Abyss falling near a Developnt Zone, or suspected accidents involving a skilled individual, among others.

Externally, they all seem very united..."
This unity among the various groups and companies, as well as internal families and factions, was due to external pressures; at least for now, cooperation seed very close, with positions being of utmost importance.
Perhaps there were various factions within the groups, but the situation was completely different from that of Starshine.
However, White Star City had a few super-families like the Whites who might have stakes in several companies, intertwined with each other, holding a transcendent status.
Usually, families with stakes in multiple companies tended to remain neutral and wouldn’t easily get involved in corporate rivalries. Often they were the ones diating and negotiating, acting as important lubricants.
