They had been brimming with excitent, ready to test their new strength against zombies or even evil Survivors.
So the sudden shift from battle to construction left them montarily stunned.

Next, he pulled out several high-grade tents. Needless to say, they ca from his Shelter Giftpacks.

Shane had those safe but unknown pieces of at, bread, seasoning packs, and crates of various herbs.
The recruits’ eyes widened as they saw the sheer amount of food.
Shane even swiftly created an Ice Control Token!
He opened his inventory and withdrew a handful of raw silver ingots. They were clean, heavy, and bright.
Shane then used his various skills and ward the silver just enough to shape it, then shaped it with a dagger.
He etched a circular design and carved a stylized tower in the center. It was the emblem for this outpost.
He made three of these sa tokens and took him about 5 minutes for each of them.
"Quality matters," Shane murmured to himself.
After all, the quality of the token would affect the result of Skill Infusion later in terms of usage numbers and durability. Furthermore, the success rate would also be higher.
