"Isn't that a bit too big?!" Shane felt nervous after seeing the towering zombies shrouded in the darkness brought by the storm.
'Giant Zombies? No… It's definitely bigger than them…' Shane thought as his mind raced for the strategy they'll use to win against these two Zombies.
These were no ordinary high-tier zombies; Shane guessed that these two were actually Giant Leader Zombies he had never seen before!
As Shane surveyed the approaching monstrosities, a chill ran down his spine as he tried recalling all the items in his inventory that might be able to help him in this situation.
However, although so of the items in his inventories were surely helpful, the size of the enemies was just too big to heavily affect them!
Not even the Dragon's Veil Elixir, weapons made by mystical ores, or their three remaining Laser Rifle Charges could kill these Zombies.
"Sa strategy… Let's take away their movent abilities… Crush their knees, break their ankles, cut off their heel… Do everything you can to stop them from advancing!" Shane shouted.
With thunder rumbling in the distance and rain cascading down, the defenders sprang into action, their weapons raised in a valiant attempt to bring down the zombies…
"Elsa, let's do that trap again!" Lily said to her partner.
"Got it!" Elsa felt more alive as she used all of her Spirits Points to control the Water Elent and create a soft ground with Lily in hopes of shaking the balance of the two Giant Zombies… However, it unfortunately didn't work because it wasn't deep enough!
The other then focused their attacks on the vulnerable joints and appendages of the towering undead behemoths. Just like what Shane instructed them to do, the defenders aid for the knees, ankles, and heels of the Giant Leader Zombies, seeking to cripple their massive fras and render them immobile.
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Unfortunately, their efforts were t with fierce resistance, as the undead giants thrashed and roared in fury! Even if they were able to land their attacks, swords or spears, it wasn't deep enough and they could just barely tore through its skin!
They were not reaching the Zombies' bones at all!
Amidst the chaos of battle, three brave Super Soldiers, took a daring stand against zombies… They charged ahead with their swords flashing in the dim light as they sought to embed their weapons into the flesh of the Giant Leader Zombies.
"Haaa!!!"
With a display of imnse courage that surprised many of those who were at the back, the Super Soldiers pressed forward. Their blades struck the rotting hide of the zombies!
Thud! Thud!
Yet, as they injured one of the Zombie's feet and made it kneel, the ground trembled beneath their feet as tragedy struck in a swift and rciless blow.
In a mont of fatal misjudgnt, the three Super Soldiers found themselves ensnared in the grasp of the towering enemies!
"Save them! Attack with full force!"
"Hurry! Don't save your Spirit Points! Just attack with all your might!"
"Max, use your remaining bullets to save the Super Soldiers!"
"They're going to die!"
Their valiant efforts to immobilize the giants proved to be a mistake!
With a deafening roar, the Giant Leader Zombies brought their massive fists crashing down upon the brave warriors. Their incredible strength crushed the bones and organs of the Super Soldiers!
"You--!"
Everything happened so quickly, and Chaloem didn't even have a chance to release his Aura Fist… Shinja also tried to use his new poison blade, but even after scratching the zombies, they weren't taking effect!
As the defenders looked on in horror, helpless to intervene in ti, the three Super Soldiers succumbed to the overwhelming might of the undead behemoths, their sacrifice made them fully aware that even with their preparations, they could still be killed by the unforgiving Zombie Wave!
Thud! Thud!
Their bodies weren't eaten by the Giant Leader Zombies as they threw them to the ground…
Their bodies landed on the swamp, broken and lifeless.
However, their deaths also made the others feel more motivated to kill these Zombies!
As the storm raged on around them, the defenders of the estate decided to overwhelm the enemies with their numbers…
"Not good…" Shane felt that there would be more casualties
anwhile, as Shane was considering his next move, sothing unexpected happened.
Suddenly, a blinding flash of light illuminated the sky above, drawing everyone's gaze upwards.
Shane noticed a figure flew to the sky, and it ca from the Manor!
"This…" Shane's eyes lit up as he imdiately knew what was going on!
A few others also noticed the disturbance in the sky as they were all vigilant in case another high-tier Zombie arrived…
Nonetheless, through the heavy rain and dark clouds, a magnificent creature descended from above. Because of the darkness brought by the storm, the light that ca from above was easily noticed.
"Sparky… You're finally done. thought you wouldn't reach in ti," Shane muttered with a smile.
Sparky, the Thunderbird, had evolved!
Apparently, the Evolution Stone that Lucky found and given to Shane by Anna was then used to evolve Sparky and not Emberwing!
Shane decided this since he felt that lightning would be more useful than fire at this current Zombie Wave!
Shane looked at Sparky's figure and couldn't help but feel impressed.
Its once sleek feathers now glowed with a radiant golden aura, crackling with raw energy. The transformation imbued Sparky with imnse power, elevating it to a new level of existence.
Above the Manor, the other pets seed to be weakened, and they appeared to have been injured by the commotion that Sparky made.
With a deafening roar that echoed through the battlefield, the Thunderbird, or whatever it had evolved to, swooped down towards the Giant Leader Zombies with incredible speed that surprised even the young Dragon, Roan…
Sparky's talons shimred like lightning bolts as it struck the head of one of the Giant Leader Zombies…
Boom! Boom!
It unleashed a barrage of electrifying attacks that sent shockwaves to the injured Zombie!
