Keagan’s face twisted with rage.
He refused to raise his hands. Instead, he gripped his tal bat tightly and charged forward.
Normally, he would only use this bat to punish the workers he didn’t like. He wouldn’t bring other weapons, like a knife or blade, but now he had no choice but to rely on it.
"Do you think I’ll bow to you?" he shouted, swinging the bat at Kai.
But Kai didn’t move. He already knew he didn’t need to fire.

The sound was dizzying in the confined space, but they endured it.

Julian’s smirk vanished. His face had already turned pale as he realized the truth. Damon was dead, and Keagan was down. He was the last one left!
"I... I can give you supplies," Julian stamred, raising his hands.
"The gold liquid... the rest of it. I’ll show you where it is."
He didn’t ask why they were doing this. Deep down, he knew. They had started this ss. They had sent William to kill the recruits and take Claire.
Julian slowly reached into his pocket and pulled out a small iron key. He held it up with shaking fingers.
"This opens the safe. The remaining gold liquid is inside."
But Kai wasn’t looking at him. Instead, his eyes were fixed on the door behind.
The sound of gunfire had already spread panic through the shelter. It was not surprising that they started gathering here to check the situation.
Soon, shouts and hurried footsteps echoed outside the chamber.
The residents of the shelter were worried, unsure of what was happening.
Only Russel wasn’t surprised. After all, he was the one who had pointed out the location of the three leaders. He was just there watching silently as Kai and the group finished the job.
Suddenly, two of Julian’s loyal guards rushed in with weapons raised.
Seeing them, Julian shouted desperately, "Kill them! I’ll give you all the gold liquid if you save !"
Kai’s eyes turned cold as he heard these words."Bad move."
Still, the two guards charged recklessly, but they didn’t stand a chance.
Ralph fired again with the revolvers in both hands.
