As a Summoner, Xu Changjiang had co to terms with the fact that he was being carried by a powerful ally. To not hold the team back, he proactively summoned a rabbit and sent it ahead to scout.
After confirming the rabbit survived, the group of four decisively crossed through the wormhole, escaping the internally twisted and complicated Chaotic Mysterious Realm.
The three people and one crow who had already teleported away didn’t notice at all.
This central space with a spatial wormhole can’t be entered through normal ans.
It requires constantly killing Howling Demons in the Chaotic Mysterious Realm.
So Howling Demons are tainted with special Spatial Power, and upon killing them, they drop a unique spatial aura.
Gathering four such pieces as proof allows direct teleportation into this area.
Finally, forcibly killing the Sheep-headed Bull Demon, or bypassing it and directly charging into the wormhole to escape.
Even the Dungeon World’s natives probably never imagined that soone could stubbornly shoulder the chaotic space combination and dismantle their way to the center, and take down the Sheep-headed Bull Demon with a single punch.
This is just like when playing an escape room; the fastest way to finish is not to follow detailed guides, but to use brute force to smash through the chanisms....
anwhile, in other areas of the Chaotic Mysterious Realm, fleeing and counterattacking were taking place.
Even the fastest among the other teams of four had just figured out the Howling Demons’ weaknesses and characteristics, found ways to deal with them, and started thinking of ways to hunt them down in reverse.
As for the slower ones...
They were still being chased by the Howling Demons, running around like headless chickens in a panic...
So teams even dropped their Candle Lamps, leaving them to stumble through the corridors like blind n who’ve lost their senses, uncertain of their whereabouts.
After passing through the spatial wormhole, the oppressive blackness from before suddenly disappeared, replaced by a different kind of normal blackness.
The group looked up at the resplendent architecture before them, exuding a sinister black aura.
The black-painted golden plaque above the gate had two slightly crooked large characters written on it—Dragon Palace.
