This artifact can be said to be the most powerful one Bai Pu has obtained so far. Just the speed increase of 30 points ans a brief boost of 30 Agility; moreover, the resistance to high-priority slowing effects is the most excellent feature.
It's easy to imagine that with the activation of this artifact, Bai Pu would be transford into a cold-hearted killing machine, because most control skills are slowing effects. Skills like stunning, charming, and knock-ups are relatively rare and typically only possessed by Leader-level experts.
