The instructors of the undead council, watching through the mirror projection, imdiately began to murmur in the council hall again.
The Empress' so-called inheritance... was actually a person?
Fang Heng observed the ice soul and asked, "Do we know who he was?"
"We couldn't confirm."
Kotal shook his head.

The instructors of the undead council's expressions shifted slightly upon hearing this.
"Are you certain it was him?"

"So, he didn't die?"

Upon hearing this, the others couldn't help but feel a sense of sudden understanding.
It was just like how the Empress' old subordinates had tried to have the Empress' will consu Fang Heng's will!
Sulhog had been prepared in advance as a backup plan for the Empress' resurrection!
No wonder they had seen the Empress' will surrounding the ice soul earlier.
These remnants of the will were most likely the Empress' will trying to occupy Sulhog's body.
Indeed, this explanation seed very plausible.
"Quickly, send the information about Sulhog and the council's speculation to Fang Heng via the stone slab!"

In the underground space, Fang Heng stood, lost in thought as he gazed at the ice soul.
He had just received so information about Sulhog from Kotal.

Could it be that there was sothing else valuable sealed along with Sulhog?

The guesses from the undead council were likely correct!
Empress Persephone had left Sulhog's body here for a reason, and it wasn't out of good intentions.
But what about the book and scepter sealed inside as well?

Mission requirent 2: Assist the Empress in infusing her will into the body and help her will successfully take control of Sulhog's body. (The more of the Empress's will you collect, the higher the chance of successful possession of Sulhog's body).
