Fang Heng beca more and more excited as he pondered.
"Huh?"
Ji Xiaobo was montarily confused and didn't fully understand, but it was clear that he was even more excited. He leaned forward and asked, "Brother Fang? What's the plan? Can you tell ?"
"Don't rush."
Fang Heng quickly calculated in his mind and nodded, "If I tell you now, wouldn't that ruin the surprise?"
Ji Xiaobo nervously swallowed.
If Brother Fang said it was a surprise, then it must be so big plan!
"By the way, Ji Xiaobo," Fang Heng asked, "Still the sa question, do you have any quick thods to farm King of Gods' points?"
Ji Xiaobo furrowed his brows when he heard this and replied, "There are thods, but..."
"But what?"
"Well, it's just that it's more difficult now." Ji Xiaobo sighed and said, "Brother Fang, do you rember what Georgi from the undead council said before? Because you disrupted the plan, the Holy Court has already launched a full-scale retaliation."
"I just got the news, the Holy Court has entered a state of full-scale war. The Descent passage to the Holy Realm has been completely opened, and the ti for Descent from the Holy Realm has been drastically reduced. In addition, the Holy Realm has sent out various Holy Realm knight legions to descend and enter various high-tier ga worlds to launch a full-scale attack on our undead forces."
"In just a few hours, our undead forces in high-tier gas have suffered significant damage."
"Shi Lipeng's situation is already terrible. He's trying to organize rescue efforts and is pulling back our forces across the board."
"Now, really, apart from the instructors in the council not taking action, the battle between the undead and the Holy Court has completely started. There are many related missions available in the undead faction. By causing damage to the Holy Court on the battlefield, you can earn mission points."
Fang Heng curled his lips and an expression of excitent appeared in his eyes.
This was a perfect opportunity!
Taking advantage of the full-scale war between the undead and the Holy Court, Fang Heng felt that he could take a page from their book and co up with a plan to select a few high-tier ga worlds controlled by the Holy Court as targets. While attacking the Holy Court, he could also absorb a few high-tier ga worlds, which would help him raise his dinsional level and strengthen his main body.
Wasn't that just perfect?
"Brother Fang..."
Ji Xiaobo cautiously glanced at Fang Heng and continued explaining, "Once you and your Licker army join the battlefield, the Holy Court will surely send full reinforcents. The Holy Court has fully activated the Descent passage. The ti for reinforcents from the Holy Realm to descend from high-tier worlds has been reduced to less than 10 minutes, so it'll be difficult to catch them off guard like last ti."
"Really..."
The previous world of the Holy Court had been special, where the Holy Realm couldn't quickly send reinforcents, which gave him a chance.
But next ti, it would likely be much harder...
"Also, the undead council won't take the initiative to join the battlefield. Relying solely on us to fight the Holy Realm and the enemies in various worlds will still be too difficult."
"I understand," Fang Heng said as he mulled over it. He already had a preliminary plan in mind. "No rush, let's think it through."
....
After circling the skies for a few turns, the Bone Dragon slowly descended.
Fang Heng jumped off the Bone Dragon's back and set foot on the rotting land once more.
"I need to see Commander Tigranth."
After a brief report, Fang Heng and his group, led by guards, t with Commander Tigranth.
Tigranth had just finished a tactical eting.
Due to the worsening situation, his ntal state was visibly poor.
Kotal stood beside him, acting as a translator.
"Fang Heng, you're here. I heard you broke the seal on the ice soul and found the items left by Empress Persephone. Did you make any discoveries?"
"We did find the scepter that the Empress used and so notes, but unfortunately, we didn't find any thod to deal with the Disaster creatures. We believe the Empress's notebook was left before the outbreak of the Disaster."
"Really? That's truly unfortunate."
Fang Heng then asked, "What about you? Have you made any recent discoveries?"
"We've made so progress in our exploration of the Abyss of Despair. Indeed, we found so remnants of what appear to be seals on the outskirts of the Abyss, but they are beyond restoration now. Even if those remnants were seals left by the Empress to deal with the Disaster creatures, they are of no use now."
Tigranth shook his head and sighed inwardly, then continued, "You may have heard, but the situation in our war against the Disaster creatures is dire. Our defenses are retreating one after another, and the territory occupied by the Disaster is growing larger. Their numbers are also increasing rapidly."
"Currently, the self-destructive damage of the Disaster creatures has significantly improved. Additionally, a new type of Disaster creature has appeared on the battlefield in this domain. Due to its large size, we refer to it as the 'Colossal Disaster.'"
"At this stage, the number of Colossal Disasters is still small, but every ti one appears, it brings us great trouble."
Colossal Disaster...
Fang Heng had never encountered such a creature before.
Fang Heng muttered to himself, then raised his head and asked, "Commander Tigranth, I previously explored the Nether River region deep within the Disaster zone and found a type of humanoid creature made of red lines. It's very powerful—has it appeared on the frontlines yet?"
"Another special creature?" Tigranth's expression grew even more serious as he replied, "No, we haven't encountered this creature in battle so far. If what you say is true, our ability to hold out could be significantly reduced."
"Has the Dark Clan formulated any next steps?"
Kotal and Tigranth exchanged a few words before Kotal shook his head with a helpless expression, replying, "The Dark Clan has no solution for now. We can only take things one step at a ti."
Fang Heng then inquired, "I've previously explored the Nether River, and I suspect there's a strong connection between the Nether River and the origin of the Disaster. Have you investigated that area?"
Upon hearing Kotal's translation, Tigranth couldn't help but let out a bitter laugh.
"The Nether River is located in the source area of the Disaster. We would very much like to investigate it, but as you can see, given our current capabilities, we can't go there."
The Dark Clan knew very well that the source of the Disaster originated from the Nether River region. They had long wanted to venture into the heart of the Nether River to understand what caused the Disaster. However, their strength simply didn't allow for such an attempt.
Currently, they were forced into passive defense, which had drained all of their resources, leaving them unable to take the initiative to attack, let alone venture into the source of the Disaster to launch a counterattack.
Fang Heng shrugged.
He had suspected this outco before coming.
Commander Tigranth continued, "So of the information regarding the Nether River is stored in the Empire's central archives. If you need it, I'll have soone compile it for you."
"Thank you."
Fang Heng expressed his gratitude, then said, "Commander, if I may be blunt, have you considered that perhaps the death realm might collapse entirely within the Disaster?"
Hearing Kotal's translation, Tigranth's expression darkened.
He knew all too well that, based on the current situation, what Fang Heng said could very well beco reality.
"What are you trying to say?"
