The south area was mostly scattered D-level insect nests, with a few C-level insect nests mixed in.
The speed would be too slow there.
The real area worth clearing was to the north.
It was closer to the mutant worm insect swarm gathering area in Area A and had more C-level insect nests.

There was chaos in the defensive line ford by the Rock Armored Gun Worm.
Kenno took the tactical binoculars from one of his subordinates and looked toward the area of chaos in the insect swarm.
He saw cracks suddenly appearing on the ground covered by the swarm, and through the rifts, a type of brown-spiny mutant worm body erged.
Kenno’s heart skipped a beat.
Mutant worms?
He had seen this type of creature before.
Not long ago, sothing similar had broken through the ground, and transport robots had delivered weapons to them from the catacombs.
What was it doing here on the battlefield?
