The young army officer nodded at Fang Heng and led him aside to speak quietly, "Mr. Fang Heng, your identity lock was issued by the Inspection Departnt. The procedures are legal and compliant. Instructor Benny asked to tell you to wait here patiently for a while. He’s working on it."
"How long will it take? I have an important mission in the ga."
"We’ll try to be quick."
