After confirming the trace of the Seed of Ouroboros, the entire Western District of the Federation declared a state of ergency, urgently gathering a large number of troops to guard the periter of the Black Fog zone.
Things were in serious trouble.
Once the Seed of Ouroboros leaked, the entire real world would be greatly impacted. At that ti, the Western District Federation would be the first to perish.
According to the recent probing by the scouting team, the Ouroboros insect nest had already reached Phase 2.
The top officials of the Western District Federation imdiately summoned elite player squads and, after discussion, quickly ca up with several operational plans.
The top priority was to ensure the safety of the real world.
The current point of contention was whether the Black Fog passage should be completely sealed off from the outside.
The Black Fog ga world was like a balloon that produced Black Fog gas internally. The passage between the real world and the Black Fog World was like the balloon’s vent. If all vents were completely sealed, as the Black Fog accumulated inside the balloon, more and more breaches would naturally form in weaker parts of the surface to maintain balance.
By then, the location of the newly ford passages to the Black Fog World would no longer be under the Federation’s control.
Temporarily sealing off the passage could ensure safety for 20 days.
Those 20 days could be used to seek outside help and find a way to counter the Seed of Ouroboros.
But if they let the Seed of Ouroboros continue to develop in the Black Fog World, its strength could increase significantly. The next ti it appeared, it would beco even harder to handle.
However, if they didn’t seal it...
It was important to know that players couldn’t enter the Black Fog World directly through the ga. Even if the original missions were imdiately canceled and the elite teams regrouped to launch a counterattack, it would still take at least five hours for them to gather.
The Seed of Ouroboros might break through from within the Black Fog World and enter the outside world before its forces were fully assembled.
Inside the eting room, everyone looked grave, the pressure weighing down heavily on their shoulders.
One wrong move, and the world could be destroyed in their hands.

"What about Fang Heng? And Charlene? Where are they? Find them now! Imdiately! Understood?"
"At all costs, we must ensure the safety of the real world!"
While the Federation’s top officials were holding a video conference in the temporary command post to discuss detailed response plans, two soldiers rushed in.
"Report! Fang Heng and Charlene were just discovered exiting the domain of the Black Fog Core and are urgently requesting to et with Director Augustine."
"What? How did they get out from inside the ga?"
Augustine, who was attending the eting, was montarily stunned. Then he suddenly realized that many players were still searching for Ery inside the various Black Fog Prism Worlds.
When the incident occurred, Fang Heng and Charlene might have been trapped in the ga.
The outbreak of the Ouroboros incident might be related to them.
"Hurry! Bring them in imdiately!"
"Yes, sir!"
Monts later, Fang Heng and Charlene were brought into the temporary command post by soldiers.
The caras in the eting room imdiately focused on the two of them.
Augustine asked, "Fang Heng, Charlene, we heard you just ca out of the Black Fog Ga. Did you discover anything important?"
"We did uncover so things."
Fang Heng nodded slightly and, facing the cara, briefly explained the pre-prepared statent.
After listening to Fang Heng, the conference hall fell silent for a mont.
An elderly research personnel nodded and said, "It appears our assumptions were slightly off. Ery was cultivating the Seed of Ouroboros in the ga world. Fortunately, Fang Heng and Charlene discovered it in ti. To prevent us from interfering with the cultivation, Ery simply destroyed the ga’s entry point."
"This ans the Seed of Ouroboros might be in a weakened state right now. We can’t wait any longer. We must strike while it’s vulnerable."
"At present, only 10% of our elite forces have arrived. Also, according to the military departnt’s reports, Ery has already taken control of the other side of the Black Fog Ga, making it extrely difficult to invade from the real world side..."
"Even so, we must fight! Comnce action imdiately!"
"Yes, sir!"
In the remote eting, an elderly official asked, "What is Ery’s objective? Is it possible to end this madness through peaceful negotiations or rituals?"
"We haven’t made contact yet, so we don’t know the other party’s goal."
"What about background checks?"
"After days of detailed investigation, all signs suggest that Ery might be connected to the Central Federation." Augustine paused, then continued, "Minister, we have sent inquiries to the Central Federation, but all of them were unilaterally denied."
"Report!"
Just then, several soldiers rushed in and reported, "Ergency! The Seed of Ouroboros has suddenly surged in strength several tis over. Its derivative swarm has crushed the military team that entered the Black Fog Ga. The swarm has now broken through the Pillar of Black Fog and fully entered the periphery. We have initiated crisis managent procedures."
What!
Even Vice President Jasper couldn’t contain himself. He stood up from his chair and stared at the screen.
"So fast? What about the ergency response protocols?"
The soldier’s forehead was drenched in sweat as he replied, "The swarm’s strength increased dramatically in a short ti. The military couldn’t resist the swarm’s assault. During the retreat, the swarm took the opportunity to break through into the ga world. The ergency protocols couldn’t be activated in ti..."
Imdiately, all the participants in the video eting felt a chill down their spines. Murmurs erupted among them, and a thick atmosphere of unease spread through the room.

Everyone suddenly perked up, feeling a strange glimr of hope.
It stopped?
Could it be that the Seed of Ouroboros wasn’t suited to the real world environnt and had temporarily halted its expansion?
Or was it restricted by the Black Fog Ga, unable to expand further?
There might still be a chance?
"Regardless of the reason the Disaster stopped spreading," the Minister of the military departnt broke the silence and looked at Fang Heng, "Fang Heng, Charlene, with your strength, combined with our Federation’s support and the technology of the spawns, do you have the ability to completely eliminate the Seed of Ouroboros?"
