A mont later, the dense swarm of insects spilled out from the darkness, charging towards Fang Heng and Charlene, who were gathered in the front!
"Bang! Bang! Bang!!!"
All the insects, upon entering the 20-ter radius around Fang Heng and Charlene, either exploded into blood mist or were struck by an invisible force, sending them flying backward at a faster speed.
In an instant, the air was filled with the sound of the swarm exploding.
The faces of the other players showed a stunned expression.
Good grief.
Where did these two monsters co from?
Their power was truly terrifying?
The previous attempts, where the player teams had personally experienced the horror of the swarm, now seed like nothing compared to Fang Heng and Charlene, who seed to treat it like a ga.
Facing the dense swarm of insects, Fang Heng and Charlene didn’t move an inch, looking as though the swarm was rushing to their deaths.
After standing still for three minutes, until the number of the swarm had decreased by half, Fang Heng and Charlene finally continued walking, step by step, towards the Black Fog crystal insect nest.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!!!
The dense swarm surged, exploding one by one.
Even elite-level mutant worms were blown apart into blood mist after being sent flying twice.
They reached the entrance to the spatial crystals deep within the Black Fog.
Fang Heng stopped, slowly raised his hand towards the insect nest of the Seed of Ouroboros, which was occupying the entrance of the Black Fog crystal.
"Plop! Plop!!!"
The insect nest of the Seed of Ouroboros, affected by Fang Heng’s lifeblood ripple, began to contract and pulsate wildly, oozing out blobs of gray, viscous substance.
Charlene focused on the insect nest.
Spiritual piercing!
Fine, dense light spots flickered in the air.
In an instant, the insect nest was covered in wounds, and large amounts of black pus oozed from the openings.
"Attack!"
Augustine shouted.
Seeing that the insect nest had completely lost its ability to fight under the combined efforts of Fang Heng and Charlene, the Federation soldiers imdiately aid their weapons at the nest and opened fire.
In less than half a minute, the small insect nest attached to the Black Fog crystal was blown apart.
Fang Heng looked around, then quickly walked forward and passed through the space passage.
Behind him, Augustine and the Federation military departnt, along with the rcenaries and player teams, saw Fang Heng enter the Black Fog World. They lowered their guns, exchanged glances, and fell into a brief silence.
It was terrifying.
The task, which seed almost impossible to complete, was pushed through effortlessly by these two.
Where did the Federation find these reinforcents?
"Follow !"
Augustine took a deep breath, waved his hand, and said, "Let’s strike while the iron is hot and crush the swarm!"
"Yes!"
The Federation soldiers raised their beam weapons again, following the queue to quickly enter the passage.
They soon entered the ’semi-ga world.’
As they saw the scene before them, they were once again amazed.
The ground was covered with countless mutant worms!
Brown spiny mutant worms erged from the rifts in the ground, attacking in tandem with the light purple mutant worms, and the battlefield was filled with the stench of blood.
Charlene raised her hand forward, condensing a visible ntal barrier in front of everyone.
All the mutant worms approaching the barrier were imdiately affected by the ntal barrier, levitating in mid-air, becoming live targets for the soldiers.
anwhile, Fang Heng stood calmly beside Charlene, controlling his summoned creatures to eliminate the swarm.
When Augustine saw the Federation soldiers coming, he turned and called, "Augustine."
Augustine quickly walked over and whispered, "Mr. Fang Heng, do you have a battle plan?"
"I spoke with Instructor Benny before we ca. I know Ery and the insect nest have so secrets. Charlene and I don’t want to get involved in these matters, so we’ll help you control the swarm, and as for the rest, it’s up to you."
Augustine was taken aback.
He thought Fang Heng was going to make so unreasonable request, but instead, he was this reasonable?
"Thank you!"
Augustine cupped his fists at Fang Heng, signaling his subordinates to attack the swarm with all their might.
"Quick!"
The rcenary player teams anxiously joined the battle against the swarm.
So impatient player squads even bypassed the barrier Charlene had set up, quickly heading towards the distant insect nest.
The Federation offered a substantial reward, and if they could snatch a cocoon and deliver it to the Federation, they would receive a large paynt!
Under the attack of the Federation and player teams, the swarm quickly collapsed!
The insect nest of the Seed of Ouroboros lacked long-range attack abilities, and the purple hallucinogenic mist it released had already been anticipated by the players.
Various illusion resistance potions had been maxed out before launching the attack.
Not to ntion, Fang Heng and Charlene, two monsters, were there to control the swarm for them.
It was simply too easy!
Elite players and rcenaries, working with the Federation soldiers, swiftly advanced forward!
Until the insect nest entered their attack range.
Charlene squinted her eyes, her ntal power blossoming hundreds of tis, condensing a ntal piercing attack that slamd into the insect nest.
"Boom!!!"
The frequency of the spiritual control released by the Seed of Ouroboros was shattered by Charlene’s spiritual collision, releasing an invisible explosion in the air.
The Seed of Ouroboros’ special control ability was instantly broken, and the hallucinogenic eyes growing on the insect nest exploded one by one.
The impact of the explosion sent invisible spiritual waves spreading outward.
Affected by the waves, the players imdiately felt the sea of consciousness wobble slightly.
The HP of the Seed of Ouroboros polyr insect nest rapidly decreased!
Augustine’s heart was racing.
Everything was going too smoothly.
The military departnt’s people had spoken the truth.
Charlene and Fang Heng were indeed terrifyingly powerful, bringing great support to the Federation.
But sothing felt off.
Where was Ery?
Why hadn’t they found any trace of him?
"Boom!!!"
As Augustine was pondering, the entire Seed of Ouroboros polyr flesh cocoon in front of everyone suddenly exploded, splattering blood and flesh in all directions.
Almost instantly, the rcenary player teams from the Federation rushed towards the exploding blood and flesh, frantically searching for the cocoon.
Fang Heng looked at Charlene and asked, "Are you alright?"
"This little bit of ntal control isn’t anything," Charlene nodded lightly.
Fang Heng then turned to Augustine and said, "We’ve done what we promised the Federation. How’s that? Are you satisfied?"
"Very satisfied, thank you both for your help."
Augustine was more concerned about the lost cocoon and the missing Ery. He asked, "There’s one more thing. Have either of you seen Ery?"
"No."
"Hmm, I haven’t seen Ery since the last ti we t. I have this feeling that he’s plotting sothing. It’s unsettling."
"Could it be..." Fang Heng looked around, then continued, "He escaped during the chaos when the insect nest exploded a few days ago?"
