As the Insect Planet entered the high-density space, it was as if it had fallen into a swamp, its speed greatly reduced.

In an instant, blinding beams of light shot out from the spawns’ fleet, forming a dense net of firepower that poured down toward the blood-red Insect Planet, which was trapped in the swamp-like space.

The long-range beam weapons struck the Insect Planet, exploding like brilliant fireworks, releasing deafening blasts.
The spawns’ operators stared fixedly at the images displayed on the monitoring screens, their expressions tense with panic.

All three hundred ships opened fire with their main and secondary weapons, unleashing dense beams of light toward the oncoming spore clouds.
However, the spore clouds were too dense. Most of the beam weapons only pierced through them, dealing extrely limited damage.

Commander Erwin furrowed his brows deeply and issued orders in an unflustered tone, "Flagship, activate the concentrated energy burners. Burn them away!"

The three massive spawn flagships imdiately switched weapons. Over a dozen high-concentration energy cannons powered up and fired directly at the spore clouds spread across the starry sea.

Zane, who had been sealed and exploited by the spawns for hundreds of thousands of years, licked his lips with excitent, new and old grudges boiling together.
