Now reading: Chapter 3534 God Spirit from Global Game: AFK In The Zombie Apocalypse Game, a Game novel by Empire Black Knight.

The external Origin Power had just drawn close, attempting to dissolve it, when it discovered that a distorted spiral force was emanating from the spear. The power that tried to dissolve and block it was instead carried outward by the spiraling force.

In the next mont, a dangerous force suddenly erupted from within the spear.

Fang Heng's eyelids twitched as he violently swung his right fist forward.

His flesh-and-blood body forcefully collided with the spear, as the breath of the fire elent and the breath of death struck simultaneously.

"Bang!"

Fang Heng's entire right arm instantly exploded apart, and a surge of fire-elent aura poured into his body.

At the sa ti, the shattered flesh flew toward Tiger Venerable and attached itself to him.

With a single movent, Tiger Venerable flashed backward. The flesh tainted with the aura of death continuously exploded midair, unable to keep up with Tiger Venerable's speed.

Fang Heng likewise retreated several steps, his entire right arm completely blasted apart by the erupting fire-elent power.

"Gurgle, gurgle gurgle..."

Fang Heng's shattered right arm rapidly healed and regenerated. The fire-elent breath that had invaded his sea of consciousness was also swiftly purged by it.

"Tsk, boring."

Tiger Venerable had already put away his spear. He waved his hand with a look of disinterest and walked toward the rear hall behind the temple. "You pass. Follow ."

Fang Heng remained inwardly vigilant.

He did not let his guard down.

Tiger Venerable's flash-movent technique was extrely strong. That single spear strike had incorporated multiple layers of variation. Each layer of power change contained special techniques, while compared to him, Fang Heng was basically relying on brute force to break through everything, with no technique at all.

"We're here."

Tiger Venerable led Fang Heng into the rear hall.

At the back of the rear hall, dozens of teleportation magic arrays were arranged side by side on the ground.

Tiger Venerable beckoned over a blue-robed guard who was watching over the magic arrays and whispered a few words into his ear.

The latter nodded lightly and went to adjust the positioning coordinates of the alchemy teleportation passage.

Monts later, one of the teleportation magic arrays emitted a faint glow.

"According to the longstanding rules of the Martial Apex Tournant, I'll tell you where you can find what you want. As for what exactly it is, how to find it, and whether you can stay alive long enough to find it—that depends on your own fate."

Fang Heng nodded. "Understood."

"Enter the teleportation passage over there. What you're looking for is there. If you want to co back, find a safe place and use the dinsional token in your hand to teleport back. The latest ti limit is twenty-eight days after the end of the preliminary round. If ti runs out, the token will beco invalid, and you'll have to find your own way out."

"Good luck. A reminder, the people in that place probably won't welco you. Be careful."

"Thank you."

Fang Heng nodded lightly and stepped into the teleportation passage.

Tiger Venerable watched Fang Heng's departing figure and curled his lips.

Boring.

In that brief exchange, he had already noticed that Fang Heng relied entirely on stacking physical attributes and ability attributes to forcefully build his own strength.

No technique.

Just raw numbers.

...

Green grasslands stretched endlessly, with mountains and rivers bathed in bright beauty.

Fang Heng opened his eyes and felt the sunlight sowhat blinding.

He raised his head and saw nine suns hanging high in the sky.

Fang Heng frowned.

What kind of place had he been sent to?

From what Tiger Venerable had implied, this place was rather dangerous.

Fang Heng quickly concealed his aura and slowly released his perception outward.

In any case, he decided to first assess the situation.

Fang Heng's ntal strength existed no longer what it once had been. Once his power extended outward, it instantly spread dozens of kiloters away.

Hm?

Holy attribute!

A wave of holy-attribute fluctuations perated the air.

Undead domains and hell spirits would be greatly weakened here.

It seed Tiger Venerable had not lied. This place likely held a thod to advance to the Twelve Sages.

Fang Heng persisted to extend his perception farther.

More than two hundred kiloters away, he sensed the aura of gathered creatures.

He would go take a look!

Following the direction indicated by his perception of the creatures, Fang Heng entered a secondary space projection and rapidly approached.

More than twenty minutes later, the silhouette of a dieval city appeared ahead.

Looking up, he saw a massive pillar standing in the central region of the city.

The pillar was towering, piercing straight into the clouds, with its top completely out of sight.

Interesting.

Fang Heng stood far outside the city and observed.

The city was extrely lively. On the eastern side, a city gate constantly saw aliens entering and leaving.

Most of them were orcs, similar in size to humans but sowhat shorter, with faces mostly resembling canines.

In terms of strength, they were very ordinary, roughly two to three tis that of normal humans.

Fang Heng noticed that entering or leaving the city required so form of identity verification. To avoid trouble, he entered a secondary space projection, only reappearing after entering the city. He pulled up his hood to conceal his face and began searching for clues within the small city.

The city's architectural style was noticeably different from that of humans.

Most strikingly, many temple buildings could be seen along the streets.

Within the temples stood statues of gods.

They depicted humanoid life-forms clad in dark-golden armor, with even their heads concealed beneath holy armor, making their faces indistinguishable. Behind them, wings ford of holy swords spread outward.

Fang Heng penetrated one of the temples and looked up at the statue, pondering inwardly.

The statue's body structure looked similar to that of a human, but there was one very special feature: the statue had a third eye located at its brow.

"Young man, is this your first ti here?"

Fang Heng turned to look at an elderly orc kneeling beside him in prayer.

With a face full of piety, the old man prayed once more to the statue and said, "That is a god."

Fang Heng curled his lips in disdain.

Great, yet another world deceived by the Holy Court.

Fang Heng asked, "Do all the people in this city believe in gods?"

"Of course. It's precisely because of the existence of the God Pillar that this city was able to grow from a small hill village into what it is today."

"You an that pillar in the center?"

The elderly orc turned his head toward Fang Heng, sowhat suspicious, and questioned, "You don't even know about the God Pillar?"

"I co from a village. This is my first ti entering a city."

The old man still found it strange.

God Pillars were everywhere in this world. Even soone from a mountain village should have seen one before.

Fang Heng asked again, "There's more than just this one God Pillar, right?"

"Naturally. The Holy Lord classifies God Pillars into six levels according to their size. The God Pillar of this city is top-tier."

"May I go take a look?"

"Praying to the God Pillar won't be stopped," the old man said. "Many people co to this small city precisely to pray for blessings from the God Pillar."

"Thank you."

Fang Heng turned and left the temple, followed the city's smaller streets into the main road, and eventually arrived at the city center.

An area beneath the God Pillar had been deliberately isolated, and the orcs could only kneel and pray at a distance.

Blending into the crowd, Fang Heng looked up toward the upper reaches of the God Pillar.

Ever since entering this world, he had felt a sense of familiarity.

At this mont, he suddenly understood the source of that feeling.

The Holy Realm!

He could be certain this was not the Holy Realm, but it was extrely similar to it.

The Holy Realm was also composed of floating islands suspended in the air, connected by long pillars below, while the lower world was inhabited by the Godwing Tribe.
