Fang Heng entered the secret room through the opening.
The automatic sensor light in the room lit up.
“Secret research room... related to the main storyline, ” Fang Heng whispered and looked around the research room.
There were rows of bookshelves lined up on the left side of the wall of the research room and a large-sized cultivation pod on the right side.
The cultivation pod was in operation and connected to the experintal table on the other side.
Ni Shengtao and Osborne carefully raised their shotguns and followed Fang Heng into the room.
Just then, Osborne noticed sothing. His eyelids twitched and he pointed to a tal box placed on the table not far away. “Fang Heng, look at that. It’s that box I told you about before, the one I found in the teorite Company’s ergency shelter. ”
Hearing that, Fang Heng imdiately looked in the direction Osborne pointed.
The mont he saw the tal box, Fang Heng’s pupils constricted.
The outer layer of the tal box was clearly marked with teorite Company’s logo!
This ti, Fang Heng was careful. He did not walk forward directly. Instead, he controlled the Tyrants to walk forward and pick up the tal box on the table.
The box was not locked.

There was a row of bookshelves on the right side of the room, and in gas, books often ant clues.
Fang Heng walked to the bookshelf and picked up a book.

“Great stuff! These books are materials of Cook Barn’s recent research on worm bodies and potions, and there’s a whole row of them! ” Fang Heng mused as he put the books into his backpack one by one.
When the zombies ca back, he would let them read all of them! Then, he might be able to develop the divine potion!
“Eh? ” At the bottom of the bookshelf, Fang Heng discovered an extrely old book covered with a thick layer of dust.
“Hint: you have obtained Cook Barn’s notebook. ”
Fang Heng’s heart stirred. He imdiately opened the notebook and flipped through it.
Other than mostly denoting most of the research notes and research insights, the notebook contained diary entries.
October 12th’s entry read: “This is the 475th day of my battle with it. I realized that I’ve already reached a certain balance with it. It can no longer control my will, and I could no longer chase them out of my body. The benefits are obvious. Every aspect of my body has improved dramatically, and I’m even immune to the zombie virus. Maybe this is a way to immunize against the zombie virus? If I could study it further... It’s impossible. The Dark Knights think I’m a monster. Since they won’t accept , I’ll find the answer in my own way. ”
January 28th’s diary entry read: “Yesterday, I lost control again. The worm body inside was still trying to eat away at my body. I felt like it was craving sothing. I will continue resisting it anyway. ”
