Now reading: Chapter 233 - 189: Promotion to Saint Tier, Power Breaking L from Global Game: Developing a Knight Clan, a Fantasy novel by Drink a Bowl of Cloud Dew.

If not for the True Ga’s ’hack’ allowing for lossless consumption, it would take Lince an imnse amount of ti to recover his spent Energy after every major battle at his current stage.

It’s like how an ordinary person eats; there’s always a digestive process to convert food into the biological energy needed for activity.

Although Lince skipped the digestive process by consuming Magic Crystals, his strength had grown so much that the energy they provided was no longer enough to keep up with his consumption.

In fact, the quality of the Energy from High Tier Magic Crystals was already far inferior to the level of the Energy within Lince’s body.

If Lince had more ti to slowly absorb the hundred thousand-plus High Tier Magic Crystals, he might have been able to fully replenish his reserves.

In the heat of battle, however, this thod of replenishnt was becoming increasingly inadequate.

This led Lince to think about the Deities’ source of Energy in the Giant Demon Tobien Empire.

’Star Energy reserves, or the Power of Divine Power Crystals purified from faith... perhaps that’s what I should prepare for the next stage.’

Now that the Karte Continent had essentially beco his personal backyard, it was ti for Lince to put the founding of York’s nation on the agenda.

A kingdom for the Human Race and Demon Beasts.

Later on, it might even include Beastn, Elves, and the Sea Race.

’With so many Races, I’ll need to plan this carefully.’

’But now wasn’t the ti to think about that.’

Faced with the current situation, Lince decided it was ti.

’I’ll advance a Tier for now!’

’I’ll use the Power from advancing to Saint Tier to replenish my energy.’

’At the sa ti, this is a chance to put on a show for the Deities outside the Star Realm.’

’Let them see this ’Otherworldly Deity’ pay yet another steep price to raise his strength to the Saint Tier.’

’Perhaps that will be enough to lure one of them to descend to the Lower Realm to deal with .’

’If that happens, it’ll be a huge win.’

And so...

The very instant the three Demigod Insect People struck at Lince...

A terrifying roar suddenly thundered across the heavens and earth.

In that mont, an even more terrifying shockwave of Energy erupted from the Giant Dragon’s body.

The raging flas shifted from golden-yellow to a searing white. In an instant, the Saint Tier Insect People, who had been struggling to hold on, were incinerated by the blast.

"No!!!"

"Why?! O, great Your Majesty!!!"

"..."

In their final monts, the Saint Tier Insect People could only let out cries of despair.

They didn’t understand why such a terrifying being had appeared in the Insectoid World.

Nor did they understand why the Deities of the Pseudo-God Insect People didn’t use their full power to destroy him.

But there were no easy answers for any of this.

To the Deities, what did the Saint Tier matter? They were rely bigger bugs.

Until they understood the situation, the Insect Deities of this world would clearly not risk personally intervening in the Mortal War.

And so,

amidst the death cries of the Saint Tier Insect People,

and just as the three Demigod Insect People were sent flying backward by the terrifying ripples of Energy,

the entire sealed Space shattered.

"Go!!!"

"Don’t linger!!!"

The Demigods, blasted away by the shockwave, looked battered and disheveled.

The terrifying heat had left nurous burns on their bodies.

But at this mont, with the spatial seal shattered,

these three Demigods were relieved rather than worried.

Without a mont’s hesitation, the trio transford into streaks of elental light and shot toward the heavens.

Indeed.

The three Demigods hadn’t wasted a mont on thought; they had chosen to flee the very instant they were thrown back.

It had to be said,

the three Demigods had chosen the perfect mont.

Although Lince’s breakthrough to the Saint Tier was fast, it still required so ti.

This was their only window to escape.

However, as the three Demigods fled, all the Insect People—from those outside the Star Realm to those in the command room on the Taven Insect Race’s Emperor Star watching via satellite—witnessed the terrifying image of Lince’s ascension.

Like a great sun.

Lince’s terrifying Giant Dragon form suddenly erupted in furious flas.

At the sa ti, beyond the planet, the light of the Sun itself seed to be influenced by Lince’s breakthrough.

All the light and thermal radiation on an entire hemisphere of the planet began to concentrate on the single point where Lince was.

In that very instant, a pillar of fiery light could be seen descending from the sky, crashing down upon the mortal world.

The Giant Dragon bathed within the terrifying beam of scorching sunlight.

The sight left every Insect Person—and even the Insect Deities—utterly stupefied.

"This is bad! That Otherworldly Deity must have paid a trendous price to increase the Power he can wield in the mortal world!"

"Stop him!"

"All of you, descend to the Lower Realm at once! You must stop him, no matter the cost!"

one of the Insect Deities commanded the surrounding Demigods, his voice a mixture of shock and fury.

Simultaneously, the four Insect Deities exchanged a look and took action!

From just outside the Star Realm, the four Insect Deities joined forces. Drawing upon the portion of the Mana Will under their command, they imdiately manipulated the rules of the Star Realm to form a pitch-black curtain over half the planet.

As a result, an entire hemisphere of the insectoid planet was instantly plunged into darkness.

Sure enough, blocked by their power, the beam from the Sun instantly lost its target and stopped converging!

anwhile, at the urging of the four Deities, over one hundred Demigods perford their Descent into the mortal world.

The mont it sensed over a hundred Demigods entering the mortal world, the native Mana Will recoiled.

Demigods are still a type of god, though their Power is relatively weak.

But the destructive potential of a hundred Demigods entering the mortal world at once was sothing the Mana Will would absolutely not permit.
