"Greetings, Your Majesty!"

"..."

At a sharp rebuke from Kukudar, the thirteen Ancient Deities snapped back to their senses and quickly offered their greetings.

Looking at this group of Ancient Deities,

Lince had to admit that they were indeed the ones most worthy of his dedicated cultivation.

But this ti, Lince’s sudden desire to et these Ancient Deities wasn’t just to intimidate them.

When it ca down to it,

there was another primary reason for his appearance.

He planned to start cultivating his own true core team.

The Dragon Race Clan was strong,

but these Ancient Deities clearly had far more value for cultivation.

After all, expecting the Dragon Race to fight an Ancient Deity on the sa level as Lince was nothing but wishful thinking.

In this world,

one’s station determined everything from the very beginning.

Therefore, only Ancient Deities could contend with other Ancient Deities.

If nothing else, if Lince had several, or even over a dozen, beings under his command with power comparable to Kukudar’s,

then even if they couldn’t defeat Authority Level Deities,

they would by no ans be without any form of resistance.

Different Ancient Deities controlled different Law Powers.

Therefore, one plus one didn’t necessarily equal two.

As long as one carefully considered the relationships of suppression and generation between Laws, sotis one plus one could equal three, or even more.

After all, the God of Thousand Faces had explained it before.

There were indeed five types—or rather, five groups—of what he considered the strongest Laws in the Cosmos, capable of allowing Authority Level Deities to ascend to the rank of Pillar God.

However, this didn’t an that other Laws had no path forward.

This was because the so-called five strongest groups of Laws could actually be subdivided into collections of many different Lower-Rank Laws.

Thus, if deities of the sa tier who controlled corresponding Lower-Rank Laws supported and influenced each other, the power they unleashed wouldn’t necessarily be weaker than that of a single deity controlling one of the five Upper-Rank Law groups.

Take Lince himself, for example.

In truth, his Fiery Sun Law and Authority of the Great Sun corresponded to the Light Law, which was part of the Upper-Rank domain of Light and Dark.

The relationship between light and heat needed no further explanation.

But the Light Law didn’t just consist of the Lower-Rank—albeit extrely powerful—Fiery Sun Law.

Other Lower-Rank Laws under the Light Law included the law of spiritual healing, the law of goodness in the hearts of living beings, and so on.

However, during a casual conversation, the God of Thousand Faces had also ntioned sothing.

The Authority of the Great Sun and the Fiery Sun Law that Lince controlled were, in fact, the most closely related to the Light Law.

One could even say they constituted the strongest law under the Light Law.

After all, the Fiery Sun Law also represented a significant part of the Matter Law.

Because of this, the God of Thousand Faces had also ntioned

that if Lince relied solely on the Fiery Sun Law—without researching or even mastering any other corresponding Lower-Rank Laws of Light—

it was still possible for him to ascend to the position of Pillar God of the Light Law.

Of course, his Space Law was another matter entirely. It was just that his mastery of the Space Law currently lagged behind the power level of his Fiery Sun Law, and it had not yet achieved an Authority Level promotion.

In any case, a similar path—like the one between the Light Law and the Fiery Sun Law—also applied to the Mother of All Things, as the core law she controlled was the Nurturing Law, part of the Life Law.

As for the God of Thousand Faces and the God of All Machines, though they hadn’t elaborated further,

it was certain that, with the help of the Cosmic Ga, the other two had long since planned their own paths of Law correspondence for ascending to Pillar God.

In short, becoming a Pillar God was not easy.

But the Four Gods of the ’True Cosmic Ga’ all currently possessed the Potential to beco Pillar Gods.

And what Lince needed to do now was actually quite simple.

He needed to cultivate a group of Ancient Deities.

First, he had to strengthen his core team of Ancient Deities to handle any future troubles on his path to ascension and to have the power to protect the Star Empire.

Second, he had to observe and study the Law Power they controlled as they grew.

This way, Lince would have more confidence and certainty when facing his future path to becoming a Pillar God.

In essence, Lince had now officially begun making the necessary preparations and plans.
