This Catastrophe-level Barracks is truly not expensive; both Mithril and Vibranium only require 10 million units for construction costs, and as for the timber, stone, iron ore, etc., Lin Rui hasn't even counted them; such basic resources are abundant for him now.

Transitioning a civilian requires ten thousand Spirit Crystal Coins, aning one thousand civilians need one billion Spirit Crystal Coins.
This implies a battalion requires a total of one billion two hundred million Spirit Crystal Coins, and to satisfy the [War Machine: Taboo Object of the chanicum: STC005: Dark Angel]'s demands, six billion Spirit Crystal Coins are needed in just one year.
