Behind the resource production area, extending from 31 to 34 kiloters from the World Tree, is the territory’s second line of defense (612 square kiloters). Its outermost periter is still made up of Steel Earth Spikes and High Nuts.
The structures built behind them, in order, are Ice Shooters, Giant Mushrooms, Machine Gun Shooters, Triple Shooters, Star Fruits, and Cat’s Tail Grass.

While the High Nuts block the enemy’s advance, the Steel Earth Spikes attack them from below, and the Ice Shooters slow them down. Then, the Giant Mushrooms (which attack at night), Machine Gun Shooters, Triple Shooters, Star Fruits (which attack day and night), and Cat’s Tail Grass—all long-range defensive structures positioned in the back—will open fire on the enemy.
With Cat’s Tail Grass in the mix, there’s no need to fear attacks from aerial units. It’s a very solid setup!
The ring-shaped area between 21 and 31 kiloters is where the territory’s residential and civic buildings are mainly located. Since the territory’s citizens have so combat strength of their own, there’s no need to be overly concerned about their safety.
From 19 to 21 kiloters is the territory’s third line of defense (251.2 square kiloters), with an overall configuration identical to the second line.
Between 10 and 12 kiloters from the World Tree, there is another 2-kiloter-wide, ring-shaped Defensive Array (138.16 square kiloters). This area is populated by Corn Shooters, Waterlon Shooters, and Ice lon Shooters—three types of ultra-long-range defensive plants. They are supplented by Leaf Umbrellas to block damage from the air.

Finally, in the vast 706.5-square-kiloter area within 15 kiloters of the World Tree, Sunflowers and Moonlight Mushrooms are spread out over a wide area, providing Spiritual Energy for the entire territory.
The territory’s important buildings are also located within this range.
Of course, this area is not undefended. Within this radius, various defensive structures are distributed everywhere, disguised as municipal landscaping. They just aren’t arranged as neatly as they are in the defensive lines.
