My book is pay-to-read now?

This is so sudden.

I rarely post author’s notes like this, but today I saw many of you asking why the book suddenly went premium. You’re wondering why it happened before the plot reached a good point, and why there wasn’t a mass release to go with it. So, I figured I’d post a quick Chapter to explain.

Emmm... would you believe if I said I also had no idea it was going premium at noon on October 4th?

My editor probably sent a notification, but I must have missed it. So I honestly had no idea this was happening today. If I hadn’t seen subscriptions suddenly popping up in my author dashboard, I’d still be completely clueless.

But what’s done is done. Even though it was a bit rushed, you can rest easy; the regular update schedule is safe. As for a mass release... that’s probably not going to happen. My long-ti readers should know the deal: my update schedule is as reliable as an old dog—two Chapters a day, steady as she goes. /doge

I’m not a full-ti author, so my writing ti is limited. I only start writing after I get ho from my day job, and I have to go to sleep as soon as I’m done, otherwise I won’t be able to get up for work the next morning. It’s a tough life, I know. This ans I don’t have ti for extensive proofreading, so there will be typos. You’re all welco to help with typo-hunting! If you spot any, I’ll do my best to correct them. (Believe it or not, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Unjustified Confidence, with hands on hips.)

For this book, I plan to work hard to make it better and longer, and to truly bring the Otherworld to life for you. I’m going to try to write more about the different Races, the conflicts between Natives, the clashes between Natives and Transmigrators, and even the battles between Transmigrators. I want to write it all, and I hope you’ll all cheer on.

If you have any thoughts or complaints, feel free to leave them in the Chapter comnts or send a ssage. I actually take so ti every day to read your comnts and interactions, and I’ll definitely take good suggestions to heart.

Anyway, I’m not sure what else to say, so I’ll just leave it at that.

Oh, right! One last question for all of you. What ti would you prefer I post updates? Between midnight and 1 AM, between 6 and 7 AM, or should I stick to the current schedule of 11 PM to midnight? Let know in the comnts!
