Lin Ye didn't act rashly. His current body was only first-tier, and the parts that had contacted the red liquid were undergoing Alienation.
'Could this be a simulation about red pignt application? Isn't first-tier a bit too low for that?'
Lin Ye was sowhat puzzled. Before he could fully think it through, a sharp object in the distance invaded his perception range at incredible speed.

Lin Ye's pupils contracted sharply. His ntal energy ignited, and the entire world instantly approached stillness.
But that sharp object continued advancing slowly through the frozen world, now less than half a ter from Lin Ye's head. Lin Ye could only see the gradually approaching tip and smooth black slope.
'Blood Manipulation!'
Lin Ye forcibly controlled and ignited the blood in the left half of his body. The violent energy tore through his body, but also blasted him away. His head just barely grazed past the smooth slope of that sharp object!
Lin Ye sketched the mutation rune in mid-air. When he fell into the red liquid, the part marked with the mutation rune just happened to make contact with the red liquid.
Alien limbs rapidly grew. Lin Ye used the energy eruption from Blood Burning to roll through the liquid, forcibly dodging the sharp object's secondary attack.
Lin Ye just happened to roll near the tal door - this was within his calculations. Going to the ceiling might encounter whatever had destroyed the ceiling, opening the door would waste ti, and the hallway might not be safe either, but he had to choose one.
Lin Ye opened the door to reveal a tal hallway outside. The mont he entered the hallway, he sensed sharp tips thrusting toward him from three directions: both sides of the hallway and from inside the room he'd just left.

Lin Ye tore off the helt from his head, rubbing his head with clear displeasure. In just that short ti, the simulation had consud half of his ntal energy.
"What garbage combat instruction! Wasting ntal energy like that - I'd be better off going to the classroom to study!"
Lin Ye felt he'd been scamd. This wasn't combat instruction at all, but rather slaughter of students.

The ground of the interstitial space was carved with complex dark red patterns, with dark red liquid everywhere around.
Lin Ye stood motionless. This ti those sharp tips didn't attack him, nor did they pierce through the tal walls below.

Lin Ye directly used Blood Burning to blast off his legs, then used the released energy to roll back through the gap into the tal room.
After returning to the tal room, Lin Ye rolled into the red liquid, using the red liquid to rapidly mutate his legs.
Lin Ye quickly mutated several shorter legs of varying lengths on his lower body. These legs supported Lin Ye's body, carrying him as he swayed left and right out of the tal room.

Lin Ye directly chose to head left down the hallway. The first sharp tip had co from this direction, and since the sharp tip clearly wasn't currently in a position to sense Lin Ye, he chose to go to the area where it had previously been.
The rooms on both sides of the hallway didn't contain anything special either - only so ordinary utensils and decorations.
Lin Ye suddenly stopped, looking at the liquid on the ground, deep in thought.
