Lin Ye seriously considered Little Ye's proposal, feeling it didn't seem to have any major issues.
"Then let's start making preparations."
Unlike Lin Ye, who preferred to formulate plans first, Little Ye leaned more towards being a person of action.
"Actually, I'm pretty much ready. To handle various different situations, I made a lot of preparations in advance. If you hadn't co over, I would have already activated the contingency plan."
Lin Ye suddenly looked up at the sky. Just monts ago, he had lost his control over the area outside Alienation Park. Soone from the outside had severed his connection to the city district.

Previously, when Mia took her subordinate mascots to participate in those activities, Lin Ye had relied on those parasitic stuffed toys to infect the entire district, which was how he gained a certain degree of control over it.
Now, soone from the outside used so kind of attack to eliminate most of the parasitic creatures, causing Lin Ye to lose his control over the district.
The function of those flesh pillars was to restrict the abilities of the anomalous creatures within the ritual. Before lifting these restrictions, neither Little Ye nor the flesh pillars could provide Lin Ye with support in other aspects.
However, this wasn't a big deal. The opponent's attack hadn't completely cleared out the parasitic creatures. After so ti, the parasitic creatures would return to their previous state.
'That ans the other side wants to use this period of lost control to do sothing... But will it really be that simple?'
Lin Ye sensed the sll of conspiracy.
Lin Ye: Sorry, soone cut off my control over the district. Your cheat is disabled. I suggest you return inside Alienation Park as soon as possible.
Chess: What do you need us to do? We're teammates too, we can't just rely on you alone.
Caris: That's right. Although we can't compare to you, we are among the strongest group of Survivors. You really don't need to worry about our safety.
Amy: Need information gathering? That's what I'm best at.
Lin Ye: Then I'll count on you.
Lin Ye hadn't expected these teammates to be quite reliable at a critical mont.
"The situation is a bit off. I can sense those anomalous creatures are decreasing, but none are approaching the Building. Soone must be doing sothing to those anomalous creatures."
Little Ye currently couldn't perceive the situation beneath those flesh structures either; she needed to concentrate her ntal energy to suppress the anomalous creatures.
"It's fine. I have informants below providing with information."
Lin Ye could understand the ritual's progress through the chat room, an advantage unique to being a system Survivor.
"We have a guest."
Little Ye suddenly spoke up.
Lin Ye focused his senses on the surroundings and quickly discovered the guest. The other party was standing outside the park's large door, smiling at him.
This was also an acquaintance of Lin Ye's.
"What brings you here? I thought you'd need so ti to deal with the issues over at the Abyss."
Lin Ye looked at the man who had suddenly appeared in the room. So ashes flickering with sparks drifted within the room.
"With sothing like this happening, how could I not co take a look?"
The man revealed a malicious smile.
"What can you do even if you're here? Use this vessel that doesn't even count as a clone to influence the festival parade?"
Lin Ye wasn't affected by the man's appearance. He felt the man just wanted to annoy him a bit.
"I really can't have any impact on this ritual, but I can pass the information from your side to the outside."
The man said with a smile.
"Since when did you beco an errand boy? Do you need to give you a tip?"
Lin Ye wanted to deal with the man but found his form of existence resembled so kind of flesh projection. As long as flesh existed nearby, the man wouldn't disappear.
"Sure. Thanks to soone, I've been quite short on money lately. This way, I can collect money from both sides."
The man completely disregarded what Lin Ye said. He just wanted to collect information on Lin Ye now, to trap Lin Ye here.
Even if he couldn't trap him to death, he could still cause Lin Ye so trouble.
After the man entered the room, Little Ye disappeared. She seed unwilling to let the man discover she was here.
"Is your true body really not here? It wouldn't be waiting up above for the ritual to end, would it?"
Lin Ye felt the man wouldn't specifically co here just to provide information to the rchant guilds.
"If my true body were here, this Alienation ritual would have collapsed long ago, and you wouldn't have the qualification to stand here talking to ."
The man said disdainfully.
"That's true too."
Lin Ye stopped wasting words with the man. He could feel the ritual was proceeding very smoothly. No matter what the other side did, they were helping Lin Ye complete the ritual.
'What exactly is going on? What is the opponent's goal? I didn't plant any moles on their side either...'
Lin Ye completely couldn't understand what the other side wanted to do. Even if they wanted to gather the power of those anomalous creatures, they wouldn't advance the ritual process. Unless those anomalous creatures inside were killing each other, the current situation wouldn't occur.
'Could it be Mia is helping kill those anomalous creatures? Has she finally beco reliable once?'
Lin Ye felt this thought was itself quite unreliable.
As the anomalous creatures within the ritual area gradually decreased, the ritual area returned to Lin Ye's control. The three teammates gathered so information for him, but they hadn't discovered the whereabouts of those anomalous creatures.
Not long after, the man disappeared from the room. Lin Ye wasn't sure if he had really gone to the rchant guilds' side or was hiding sowhere in the surrounding flesh environnt, ready to deliver a fatal blow to Lin Ye at any mont.
Little Ye never reappeared. This point might serve as evidence that the man wasn't just here to collect information as he claid.
After so more ti passed, Lin Ye's control over the district returned to normal levels. He began checking the status of the remaining anomalous creatures in the district. Many of the previous anomalous creatures had disappeared, and he had no idea where they had gone.
'...Forget it. Complete the ritual first, then consider the whereabouts of those anomalous creatures.'
Lin Ye dispatched a large number of anomalous creatures to deal with the remaining anomalous creatures in the district. When all the remaining anomalous creatures were resolved, the ritual could end.
But the remaining anomalous creatures were no weaklings. The anomalous creatures Lin Ye casually created were only slightly stronger than cannon fodder, making it difficult to resolve them.
Moreover, these anomalous creatures didn't approach Alienation Park either, so Lin Ye couldn't leave the Building to personally deal with them.
In the end, Lin Ye could only ask Mia for help. Mia wasn't much weaker than those remaining anomalous creatures. Combined with Lin Ye's assistance, resolving the remaining anomalous creatures shouldn't be too difficult.
Mia set off soon after, with a large number of anomalous creatures following behind her.
