This is a complete set of leg armor that includes shin guards (calves), thigh armor (thighs), and knee pads.
Compared to the pale, hard coldness of its main material, its appearance still maintains the delicate texture of bone, perhaps due to the mixed tals, giving it a dark, light gray color overall.
The bone pieces, cut vertically, are reinforced with specially made tal rings and polished to fit the smooth curve of calves. Black-brown leather cords interlace between the tal-glossed iron rivets, with dual-layer tanned hard leather as a base lining.
The edges of the bone pieces are carefully rounded, removing their original sharpness; the tal fittings also have anti-rust treatnt, blending their color with the main tone of the bone armor, making them look subdued.
At first glance, you might not notice the defensive capability of this leg armor.
But through those bone pieces, rivets, cords, and leather linings, you can feel the harmonious integration between natural materials and man-made components under the superb craftsmanship of intelligent beings.
There’s nothing abrupt or irritating.
Just like a piece of bark, or a steel ingot.
It ought to be this way.

Xia Nan gazed at the leg armor before him, the translucent text of the attribute panel floated in the air beside it, and he felt satisfied in his heart.
Although he was a bit surprised at first — he originally thought it was armor, but upon recognizing it as leg armor, he found it completely acceptable.

Not to ntion the leg guards themselves, which quite matched Xia Nan’s aesthetic preference for a simple, natural design style.
As a proper enchanted equipnt (Green Equipnt), its attributes were also very impressive.
The additional effects listed on the attribute panel alone amounted to three!
Firstly, the most unpretentious, but in his opinion, the most useful, is the 30% durability boost.
This attribute represents the leg guards’ far superior defensive performance and durability compared to equipnt of the sa tier.
He noted that the Beheading Longsword he carried with him was able to remain intact up to now due in large part to its "Durability 50%" attribute bonus, aside from careful maintenance.
Surely, leg armor with a similar durability attribute wouldn’t require frequent replacents like his body armor.
Next is the stunning effect on hostile beasts with a challenge level not exceeding "1".
This is also quite nice.
Don’t be misled by the number "1" into thinking it’s no big deal.
In reality, the Bear Goblins, an elite goblin subspecies known as "adventurer killers" that have crushed countless dreams of low-level adventurers, only have a challenge level of Level 1.
Having a chance to stun such entities for a Green Equipnt is already exceptional.
Moreover, from the wording, there seems to be no limitation on quantity for this "stun" special effect.
Could this an that when Xia Nan encounters groups of beast-type enemies like the Neum Sewer Rat Swarm in the future, this effect might be triggered as well?
If so, it would be very useful indeed.
It would be worth testing this out when there’s an opportunity.
The last attribute entry, enhancing balance ability when about to fall.
The effect seems to overlap sowhat with his professional specialty "Tidal Shaping", though it’s unclear if they can stack.
Compared to the first two, it’s slightly weaker.
But for a Green Equipnt, Xia Nan is already quite satisfied.
It’s better to have it than not, and there’s nothing to complain about.
Looking at the whole picture, even though he provided the main material.
But...
This 500 gold coins, well worth every penny!
Lastly, the only thing left to consider is whether the equipnt’s weight falls within his acceptable range and how it feels when worn: whether it affects his combat or daily movents.
In this regard, Barn is quite confident.
He helped Xia Nan take the leg guards off the equipnt rack and strapped them onto his legs.
