Xia Nan’s professional Level doesn’t match his actual combat effectiveness.
Under normal circumstances, a stable and solid Level 3 Warrior should be a core mber of a senior adventurer team, neither too high nor too low in the team’s hierarchy, sotis excelling in suitable situations but mostly focusing on rear-output combat.
Take the current Fishman Cave as an example.
Faced with a group enemy led by a Level 2 Challenge Sha Hua Fishman Priest, consisting of nearly twenty Sha Hua Fishn with Level 0.5 Challenge.
An adventurer team with an average professional Level of 3, with a reasonable lineup and fully prepared, may not be able to ensure victory without injury.
After all, the enemies are too nurous, and there are existing spellcasters. Level 3 is rely the beginning of the professional road, with specialties, battle skills, and even physical fitness lacking and not yet reaching a qualitative change that can "ignore numbers".
Unless a full set of plans, including terrain environnt, battlefield style, surprise beheading, and minion clearing, is made in advance, and ensured to be implented without unexpected situations, all in accordance with expectations, victory without injury is possible.
Otherwise, sustaining so injuries in battle is inevitable.
However, if Xia Nan, who is also Level 3, is put into the adventurer team, the situation becos completely different.
The exaggerated mobility given by [Teeth Hunting] allows him to break through the enemy minions’ blockade in a very short ti and try to cut into the rear;
anwhile, the stacking of battle skills [Vortex Slash] [Gravity Etching] [Heavy Tide] makes his explosive power far exceed what his professional Level should possess, not to ntion those wearing leather armor and robes like archers and mages, even proper heavy armor warriors might not withstand a direct slash.
Almost a perfect executor of "Beheading Tactics".
Coupled with the group chilling effect given by the specialty [Night Mother’s Gaze], he becos a deadly weapon in low-level group battles.
Often, as soon as the wolf’s howl sounds, half of the enemies are like cockroaches under the garbage can, losing the will to fight, fleeing hurriedly.
Just like now.
"Galu!!!"
The unique screech of the Sha Hua Fishman, mixed with the anger of so individuals who passed the fear check, echoes through the wide cave.
The headless corpse of the Fishman Priest, cut into three sections, lies quietly on the altar, with blue blood spurting, the wound fracture faintly revealing its muscles twitching and spasming.
But the nearly twenty Sha Hua Fishn originally kneeling below the altar are now in utter chaos.
Either fleeing in panic under the influence of fear or angrily picking up weapons, trying to attack the enemy who has already vanished.
Xia Nan certainly won’t foolishly stay on the altar waiting for a Fishman siege.
Knowing that his mobility far exceeds enemies of the sa Level, almost right after he slashed the Fishman Priest into pieces, he again maneuvered the Wolf Beast Illusion, leaving the scene, racing to the other end of the cave.
The two mbers of the "Silver Claw Fish Eagle" team, although far inferior in strength, are experienced senior adventurers.
Seeing Xia Nan as before when facing pirate attacks, directly charge to behead, killing the enemy’s core, further causing many enemies to fall into fear.
Without any hesitation, they also simultaneously launched an attack on the Fishn.
The efficiency was very good.
The team leader, holding two short swords, swung them like the wind, sotis a rapid short shout can be heard amidst the howling sword blades, accompanied by "X" shaped intersecting sword light, leaving fierce wounds on the bodies of the Fishn ahead;
The Half Elf, Laida, has a green whirlwind swirling between her feet, moving swiftly, each specially made Wooden Arrow with tail feathers seems to have so tracking function, killing the fleeing Sha Hua Fishn one by one, with efficiency even higher than Nick’s;
In comparison to both, Alton gives a feeling of muddling through, first hiding at the back of the team, slowly playing a little tune with his lute, granting a morale boost effect to those in the field, then pulling out his two small curved blades again, diving into the Fishman crowd, his small stature and light-footedness, often in one move, causing several Fishn to lose their legs and tails, lying on the ground wailing in pain.
To so extent, the conclusion of the battle was foreseen as Xia Nan, before everyone could react, beheaded their Priest in front of nurous Sha Hua Fishn.
What follows is rely a matter of concluding the battle.
Adding up, it probably took about a dozen minutes in total.
A battle that should have been extrely difficult for ordinary adventurers ended sloppily.
The entire cost paid by Xia Nan and his party was just a few dabs of flesh on Xia Nan’s already dirty armor surface, unfinished cleaning, and two slight scratches on Nick’s shoulder.
"Phew..."
Nick panted heavily, the hot breath he exhaled condensing into mist in the air.
A faint pain ca from his left arm, visible through the torn shirt the wound underneath.
This was left by a Sha Hua Fishman attacking sideways during the fight.
With the adrenaline rush earlier, pain perception was dulled, hardly noticed. Now with the battle over, the pain becos increasingly strong.
After slightly moving his arm to feel it, judging it as just a minor injury, not affecting physical activity, soon a simple bandage would suffice, he couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief in his mind.
