This place could be said to be on the very outskirts of State City. It looked sowhat like a town-bordering area, surrounded by buildings under construction, with dust floating in the air.
At this mont, Fang Yi was standing on a long street. When he looked around, the place seed quite prosperous.
Small noodle shops, little stores, or mahjong parlors were everywhere.
It looked a bit impoverished but felt more human.
So of it still resembled scenes from Fang Yi’s mories, while so had changed significantly. However, overall, it had remained mostly unchanged.
Fang Yi wasn’t foolish enough to stand in the cold wind for ten minutes. He walked over to a small noodle shop, ordered a bowl of beef noodles, finished eating, and then headed to the place in his mory.
