Chapter 674: Chapter 744: Airport Siege

Fang Yi rubbed his hands together, looking utterly impatient and salivating at the mouth, which made Zhao Xueying hastily get up and distance herself from Fang Yi.

Fang Yi sighed, “Xueying, are you playing with ?”

With anger in her beautiful eyes, Zhao Xueying retorted, “I was only joking with you, and you took it seriously?!”

Fang Yi laughed, “I was just joking too, Xueying. You’re thinking too much.” His eyes brimd with crafty amusent.

This made Zhao Xueying fu, but aside from her anger, she found it sowhat amusing. She had to admit, it had been a long ti since anyone dared to talk to her like this or tease her in such a way.

“You’re sleeping in the living room tonight; I’ll take the bedroom,” Zhao Xueying declared, thinking of this as a way to punish Fang Yi.

“No way, Xueying – I’m an injured man. Can you really be so heartless?” Fang Yi put on a woeful expression.

With a flirtatious smile that could charm to the bone, Zhao Xueying proudly said, “Of course I can be heartless. Who told you to be such a naughty boy and tease .” After saying that, she turned and walked toward the bedroom.

Watching Zhao Xueying’s captivating figure swaying to and fro, tracing waves with her hips, sparked an unbidden fire in Fang Yi, but it was quickly suppressed by his rational mind.

A hotel room.

Shen Binnan, dressed in a silvery nightgown, stood before the floor-to-ceiling window. The expansive view allowed her to easily take in the cityscape outside: the stars in the night sky, the bright lights on the streets, and the congestion of car headlights plunged Shen Binnan into a deep reverie.

Shen Binnan took out a wristwatch.

In fact, it was a n’s watch. Gazing at it, a smile unexpectedly broke across Shen Binnan’s usually glacial face, stunningly different from her typical cold, distant deanor.

“Here, this watch is for you; it’s a gift,” he had said at the ti.

She saw the watch and was slightly displeased: “Are you sick? Giving a n’s watch.”

He waved his hand, saying impatiently, “Do whatever you want with it. Take it or give it back.”

She scoffed, “Only a fool passes up a good deal… I’ll take it!”

Thus, she righteously accepted the watch.

Recalling that scene and mont, Shen Binnan couldn’t help but shake her head in amusent. mories always have a way of touching the heart, but this particular mory was quickly interrupted by another thought in her mind.

I lied to him this ti; I wonder if he’ll be angry?

Ah well, it’s done now, and it’s the last ti anyway. I won’t be able to lie to him again…

As Shen Binnan was lost in these thoughts, the doorbell suddenly rang. She turned to open the door and saw a wheelchair in the hallway, with a young man with amputated legs sitting in it, and a long-haired man pushing the wheelchair, his face unclear.

Shen Binnan’s eyebrows lifted as she asked, “What are you doing here?”

Fang Tianqi spread his arms and said, “As a fiancé, I’ve co to see my fiancée. Is there sothing wrong with that?”

Shen Binnan fell silent for a mont before stepping aside, allowing the long-haired man to push Fang Tianqi into the room.

Fang Tianqi took a deep breath and said, “The air is nice here, fragrant and refreshing. Ah, this must be your scent.” He turned his head to look at Shen Binnan.

“You’ve seen now, you can go,” Shen Binnan said coldly.

“Don’t be so cold, my dear fiancée. Don’t worry, I won’t do anything to you now. If I really wanted to, you couldn’t resist,” Fang Tianqi said with a smile.

Behind Fang Tianqi, the long-haired man’s lips suddenly curled into a sinister smile, emanating a chilling horror.

Shen Binnan slowly moved closer to the bedroom door; if anything unexpected happened, she could quickly shut the door as a defense.

“How do you want to proceed?” Shen Binan said, “You aren’t here just to visit , are you?”

“Look at my mory, ever since soone broke my legs, it has gotten worse…” Fang Tianqi’s voice, seemingly joking, was filled with a soft nace and resentnt.

“I ca here to share so good news, soone has arrived in Tianjing. When he leaves the capital, a big gift will be waiting for him,” Fang Tianqi said with a smile.

A cold and sharp light flashed in Shen Binan’s eyes, “You wouldn’t dare!”

Fang Tianqi’s smile grew thicker as he said, “My dear fiancée, just you wait and see, hehe… hahaha… hahahaha…”

The laughter faded away. When the hotel room door shut, Shen Binan’s psychological defenses, which had never collapsed before, seed to break at that mont, completely shattering.

Fang Yi had stayed at Zhao Xueying’s place for three days; his wound in the abdon had mostly healed, so he decided to say goodbye.

Zhao Xueying said, “Little rascal, leaving already? Don’t you want to stay at my place a little longer?”

Fang Yi replied, “A single man and a single woman together, and you, Sister Xueying, are always tempting , making it very hard to bear. I’d better leave early before you ruin .”

Zhao Xueying’s expression was priceless. Had she really tempted this little rascal? Was it just because she dressed a bit sexily at ho? Was that considered temptation?

Zhao Xueying said, “Fine, fine, if you want to leave, then leave. I’m not going to see you off.”

Fang Yi replied, “I wasn’t planning on having Sister Xueying send off.”

“What?”

“Oh, I an I know the way. Thank you for taking care of these few days, Sister Xueying. To repay this kindness, I’m willing to devote myself to you. If you say the word, Sister, I will not hesitate, even if it costs my life,” Fang Yi said with a sly grin.

Zhao Xueying remained silent, grabbing a broom and charging at Fang Yi.

What a fierce beauty!

“Sister Xueying, goodbye!” Fang Yi dashed out like a bullet.

Seeing Fang Yi run away as if his life depended on it made Zhao Xue chuckle. It had been a long while since she had laughed so heartily in her own ho.

Once he reached the roadside, Fang Yi hailed a taxi, then instructed the driver to head to the airport.

It was now morning and when Fang Yi arrived at the airport, there were fewer people than usual. Fang Yi, carrying just so cash, walked to the ticket counter intending to purchase a ticket back to Moon City.

But deep down, he suddenly had a bad premonition.

Within the spacious airport hall, several figures dressed in black approached him, a deadly aura spreading around them, lingering and unabating.

“Roar!”

A beast-like roar echoed.

The black-clothed figures threw off their cloaks and charged at Fang Yi.

Humanoid monsters!

Fang Yi’s gaze turned as cold as tal, not expecting humanoid monsters to appear in such a place.

These humanoid monsters were a fusion of animal genes with humans. A cheetah-patterned being rushed forth, clutching a black spherical bomb, moving with lightning speed and nearing Fang Yi.

The humanoid monster’s intention was clearly not just to seriously injure Fang Yi, but to commit a suicide attack, given the bloodthirsty, fierce light gleaming in its eyes.

Several other humanoid monsters charged simultaneously, surrounding Fang Yi. In the midst of this subtle and unintentional mont, Fang Yi caught a glimpse of a man in a wheelchair slowly making his way out.
