When Fang Yi calmly uttered that sentence, the prideful smirk on the woman’s face vanished, her expression froze, and her eyes widened as if she had encountered sothing extrely shocking.
Before the woman could speak, the lean man pointed at Fang Yi and shouted angrily, "What nonsense are you talking about! This child is hers; stop spreading lies!"
The square-faced man also chid in, "Exactly! Speaking like that, you’ll be struck by lightning! Everyone, take a look at this person, so shaless, insulting others at will. We must imdiately get the patrol to take him away!"
Both n spoke righteously and confidently, their gazes filled with calm.
However, only the lean man could maintain his composure, while a trace of panic quickly flashed in the eyes of the square-faced man, but Fang Yi caught it nonetheless.
As for the woman holding the baby, after being stunned for a mont, she suddenly sat on the ground, holding the baby and crying loudly.
"No sha, no sha... wah wah... insulting a woman... is there no justice in this world... ah... ah..."
The woman cried hysterically, kicking her legs wildly on the ground, completely like a shrew.
Not only in that car, but people in other cars were also drawn to the commotion.
The situation was so disruptive that naturally, the attendant ca over, and the square-faced man grabbed her, insisting she imdiately remove Fang Yi, or he would file a complaint.
The attendant dreaded these situations, as they were too troubleso, and siding with either party felt wrong, not to ntion she was bewildered, struggling to comprehend the situation.
But the square-faced man argued loudly, even threatening the attendant to imdiately take Fang Yi away, or he would report her and get her fired.
This fuss prompted the attendant to look toward Fang Yi, smiling helplessly, "Sir, would you please..."
Fang Yi shook his head and said, "I’m not leaving."
Though Fang Yi spoke calmly, his tone allowed for no objection.
The lean man glared at Fang Yi, a hint of cold light flashing in his eyes. He glanced at the woman on the floor, who was making a scene, intending to speak when he suddenly noticed a man with gold-rimd glasses taking pictures incessantly with a cara.
"What are you filming, stop shooting!" The square-faced man reacted more intensely than the lean man, rushing over to grab the man’s cara and flung it to the ground, then stomped on it.
The cara wasn’t very sturdy and quickly broke into pieces.
The man was dumbfounded and imdiately yelled angrily, "Why did you smash my cara!"
The square-faced man said, "You invaded our privacy!"
The man argued, "I’m a journalist!"
After pausing, he continued, "Besides, I suspect there’s sothing questionable about you!"
Once he said this, panic instantly flashed in the square-faced man’s eyes, and he glanced at the lean man behind him.
The lean man stepped forward and sneered at the journalist, "That’s slander, and I can sue you!"
Cold sweat broke out on the journalist’s forehead. Although he was a reporter and had encountered all sorts of chaotic individuals, the fierceness in the lean man’s eyes still made him feel scared.
The man stiffened, at a loss, uncertain how to respond montarily.
He swallowed, and at that mont, he unexpectedly looked toward Fang Yi, a pleading expression in his eyes.
