On the roof, all the officials there were frozen, watching the destruction that Gabriel had caused.

Deep craters were streaked across the earth, torn open and scorched. Smoke rose from burnt tanks and vehicles, their twisted tal bent into unnatural positions that should not have been possible.

Burnt dead bodies, both male and female, were littered everywhere, their flesh charred into blackened husks. The few that had sohow survived were gruesoly injured. So were missing arms, others had their guts exposed, legs torn apart, eyes crushed, and it was easy to tell that they would die within minutes.

When Gabriel had begun to unleash his attack, the fighting across the battlefield had co to a halt, allowing everyone to witness the scene of destruction for themselves. Even now, they could still feel the heat wave generated by the attack pressing against their faces.

"Did… did you get it?" Ragnarok99 asked Bunny, who stood close beside him, his voice shaking.

"Yes… I would be damned if I did not get that," Bunny replied, still trying to process everything that had happened. Fortunately, she had captured it clearly on cara, and she could already tell that it would cause a massive wave once it was uploaded to the internet.

"Sister, we truly made the best decision siding with him," Lin Xueyi said as she stared at Gabriel's back with reverence.

Lin Xiyumi stood beside her, calm and composed as always, yet her eyes told a different story. They were fixed on the battlefield below, on the lone figure standing amid smoke, fire, and twisted tal, his greatsword resting against his shoulder as if it weighed nothing at all.

A soft smile slowly appeared on Lin Xiyumi's face as she spoke, her cheeks slightly flushed. "Sister."

"Umu," Xueyi replied, her gaze still locked on the distant wreckage.

"I just realized that this Gabriel is very handso compared to that old pervert. If he looked at or even tried sothing, I would actually feel flattered and honored."

"Sister… you…" Lin Xueyi was stunned, not expecting her sister, who was usually irritated by n, to say such words.

But then again, she was right. Not only was Gabriel insanely powerful and handso, he also treated his subordinates with care.

anwhile, Gabriel was panting heavily, his chest rising and falling. His face was pale, as if he had lost a large amount of blood, and at a single glance, anyone could tell that the attack he had unleashed had taken a heavy toll on him.

His legs felt numb, his arm trembled slightly, and his entire body was soaked in a mixture of sweat and blood, which gathered into a small puddle at his feet.

However, despite all this, there was a small, almost imperceptible smile on his face. Though destroying the convoy was a loss on his side, he had managed to save his subordinates from being annihilated and had effectively turned the tide of the war.

With that faint smile still present, he lowered his gaze to the sword, and its description unfolded before him like a familiar system screen.

Crimson Judgent (Platinum)

Durability: 1000/1000

Description: A conscious greatsword bound by blood. Requires 200 Strength to wield. Each strike builds Crimson Pressure on the sa target. After three strikes within 30 seconds, Crimson Pressure detonates, dealing true damage.

Annihilation Strike New Effect: By feeding the blade with the wielder's blood, Crimson Judgent enters a destructive state for 30 seconds and can cause true damage in a wide radius.

Note: Activating Blood Frenzy consus 5 percent of current HP per use and weakens the wielder. Excessive use may result in critically low HP.

After the upgrade, the sword, which was once semi conscious, had beco fully conscious, aning it could now respond more accurately to its wielder's intent and blood resonance.

Furthermore, the ti limit required to trigger Crimson Pressure had increased from 15 seconds to 30 seconds, which ant Gabriel would no longer be under extre pressure to activate it within a short window.

In the past, there had been monts when he failed to et the ti requirent, either prolonging battles unnecessarily or forcing him into unfavorable exchanges. With this new effect, he now had far more room to maneuver.

Aside from the massive increase in durability, which had risen from the previous 400 to a staggering 1000, the true highlight of the upgrade was Annihilation Strike.

To unleash destruction on that scale, Gabriel had to sacrifice a portion of his own health, and each ti he used this ability, his body grew weaker and weaker.

Right now, the battle was still in its early stages. He had yet to face the remaining hero ranks. When that happened, his current condition would place him at a disadvantage. If he had another way to stop the tanks, he would not have used this thod, but it had been the only option.

The sound of footsteps reached his ears, footsteps that only Gabriel seed to notice. After spending enough ti around this person, he had co to recognize and morize them instinctively.

Naturally, it was Seraphina.

The vampire queen wore a faint look of concern, though it was subtle, almost as if she did not want Gabriel to notice it.

She stopped beside him, close enough for him to feel the faint bloody aura that always followed her presence. Her red eyes flicked briefly to the blood still dripping from his arm, then to his pale face, and finally to the way his grip tightened around the greatsword, as if he were forcing his body to remain upright.

"Are you okay?" she asked quietly.

Gabriel let out a slow breath through his nose and gave a small, tired chuckle that did not match his condition.

"Okay is not the word I would use," he replied, his voice slightly hoarse. "It feels like my blood is burning and frozen at the sa ti. My chest feels heavy, my legs barely listen to , and my head feels like soone keeps striking it from the inside. But I am still standing. That is enough."

Seraphina's fingers curled slightly at her side as she listened, her lips pressing into a thin line. Now that she was closer, she could feel it clearly. The unstable aura around him, the lingering aftermath of an overwhelming output that had drained him far more than he admitted. To others, it might have looked like he had simply finished a powerful attack, but to her, it was obvious that he was walking on a thin edge.

On the rooftop, Henry finally snapped out of his shock. His face twisted, not only with anger but with sothing closer to fear, the kind that drove people to act recklessly. He turned sharply toward the remaining officers and roared, "All hero ranks, move now! Attack him from all sides! He is weakened, do not give him ti to recover! I want him dead before he can swing that sword again!"

At those words, Gabriel's eyes flashed.

In his current state, if all the hero ranks ca at him at once, he would be…

…killed.
