The mont Gabriel twisted away from the assassin blade, the agility type hero rank moved. One mont he was standing several ters away, the next he was already inside Gabriel range, his body a blur cutting through smoke and debris like it was not even there.

The clash was sudden and violent. Gabriel greatsword snapped up just in ti, not for a full block, but to redirect his enemy attack.

Steel scraped against steel with a harsh screech as the agility hero rank blade slid off the flat of the sword instead of sinking into Gabriel side.

The force still carried through as Gabriel boots dug into the ground and he was pushed back half a step. He pivoted, twisting his hips, using the montum rather than fighting it head on, and countered with a low horizontal sweep aid at the man legs.

The agility hero rank leapt. His feet barely brushed the air as he flipped backward, landing lightly several steps away, the anxiety in his eyes growing.

Gabriel smirked, seemingly enjoying the look on his opponent face. He lifted his head slightly, looking down on the latter with a condescending arrogant gaze.

The agility type hero rank snickered, clearly pissed as he repositioned himself.

No words were shared as they vanished again, reappearing in flashes, clashing repeatedly under the night sky.

Gabriel responded instinctively, his body moving before conscious thought caught up, blade angling just enough to deflect, shoulders twisting to let attacks pass by inches.

FWISH! Fwish! Fwish!

Suddenly Gabriel made a feint, successfully fooling the agility type. He quickly followed up with a strike and a shallow cut opened across the latter forearm.

Blood welled imdiately, dripping down his wrist and splattering onto the dirt below.

Before Gabriel could press in for the kill, the assassin moved in from his blind spot. Gabriel reacted purely on instinct, ducking low as a blade passed over his head, slicing off a few strands of hair instead of his skull. He rolled, ca up on one knee, and slashed upward, forcing both enemies to disengage again.

They did not disengage because they wanted to. They disengaged because they had to.

The mont Gabriel upward slash cut through the smoke, the pressure behind it was not a skill and not so flashy wave either. It was simply the fact that his swing carried weight, the kind of weight that did not allow a fast class to gamble with their body.

The assassin flickered backward while the agility type slid away with a sharp skid, boots carving lines into the ground. Both of them stared at Gabriel again and this ti the wariness was no longer a tactic.

It was instinct.

Gabriel rose from his knee slowly, almost lazily, and rolled his shoulder once as if the whole exchange had been a warm up. Blood still dripped from his arm, but his breathing had steadied, and his blue eyes were calm in a way that made people uncomfortable.

"Initially I thought this fight would be my toughest yet. Apparently it seems I was wrong," he said, relaxing his grip on his sword.

With a small smile on his face, he continued. "Apparently hero rank is no longer much of a threat to ."

The agility type hero rank mouth twitched. He had expected Gabriel to start slowing down. He had expected the earlier blood loss to begin stacking the way it should. Instead, Gabriel movent looked cleaner now, as if the fight was finally giving him rhythm.

"He cannot possibly be this strong. He is not even a hero rank yet. This does not make sense..." the agility type muttered, tightening his grip.

The assassin did not speak. He simply vanished, attempting to land a devastating sneak attack, but sothing shocking happened.

Gabriel gaze was closely following him even though he was moving at his top speed.

Gabriel did not even turn fully. He stepped to the side half a pace, and his elbow shot backward.

The assassin blade t Gabriel elbow line and jamd for a split second, the angle wrong, the wrist forced. That split second was all Gabriel needed. His left hand snapped out and caught the assassin by the forearm.

The assassin body stiffened, and for the first ti his mask of calm broke, his eyes widening as he realized he was locked.

Gabriel grip tightened like iron.

"You are light. Too light for a hero rank," he said in a slightly amused voice as he yanked the assassin forward and drove the hilt of his great sword into him.

BAM!

The poml smashed into the assassin face, crushing nose and teeth in one brutal motion. Blood sprayed instantly, and the assassin body stumbled backward.

The agility type hero rank moved to save him imdiately. He blurred forward, blade flashing toward Gabriel throat in a clean killing line.

However Gabriel had already read and anticipated him. His shoulder slamd forward with terrifying force.

BOOM!

It looked ridiculous for a mont, like Gabriel had just shoulder checked a hurricane.

But the agility type hero rank was the one who flew.

He skidded across the dirt, boots tearing through rubble, barely managing to stop himself before crashing into a broken war tank.

On the rooftop, Henry expression alongside the other officials darkened.

An assassin type and an agility type, the two classes that were supposed to dominate spacing and tempo, were being dragged into Gabriel tempo instead, forced to play his ga, punished every ti they tried to do what they were best at.

"This is not..." Henry muttered, teeth clenched. "This is not supposed to look like this."

Right before all their eyes, Gabriel dashed forward with his great sword and struck out violently at the closest person, the assassin, splitting him clean in half before he could even react.

The agility type hero rank tried to run away, but Gabriel was already upon him.

"Dark fla orb!"

The condensed dark fla shot forward through the air, penetrating the fleeing hero rank head and bursting out the other side along with brain matter.

The mont the kill was confird, Ascren simultaneously lit up in front of Gabriel retina.

[Kill 3,000 Unranked enemies alone – 2993/3000]

[Kill 5 Hero Ranked enemies – 5/5]

[Survive a battle against multiple Hero Ranked enemies at once – 1/1]

With the two new kills, he had completed all the other requirents. Now he only needed a few more random kills to finally complete his class advancent.
