With a calm exhale, Sniperbowlegend drew back the bowstring, his mana infused arrow humming with lethal intent as he took aim.

With a sharp twang, he released it as the arrow shot through the air and struck true. It punched clean through the narrow visor of the man’s helt.

One mont, the hero was blinking through the eye slit in shock. The next, a condensed mana arrow was buried deep in his right eye. He let out an agonized, animalistic howl and recoiled, dropping his battle axe as both hands flew up to clutch his face.

Blood gushed through the visor slits as he staggered, now utterly disoriented and blind on one side.

The towering shield bearer swayed in place, barely remaining upright.

"Sister, now!" Lin Xueyi shouted.

Lin Xiyumi did not let the chance go to waste. Without hesitation, she stepped in from the side to deliver the final blow. Planting her feet firmly, she gripped her sword with both hands and swung with decisive force at the gap between the man’s helt and breastplate.

Her blade sliced into the exposed segnt of his neck in a clean sweep. The hero rank’s howl died instantly, cut off as the sword tore halfway through his thick neck. She nearly beheaded him with that single strike, with only a strip of flesh keeping the severed portion from separating entirely.

The armored body went limp and collapsed forward with a heavy thud. The enormous shield slipped from his arm and slamd into the dirt, followed by the axe falling from nerveless fingers.

Lin Xueyi jumped back as the body fell, avoiding the weight as it hit the ground. She breathed hard, chest rising and falling. Both sisters remained alert, watching the fallen man for several seconds to ensure he was not getting back up.

He did not move.

The hero ranked enemy was dead.

He had never been allowed to fight properly. From the mont the clash began, the three of them had pressured him nonstop, cutting off his footing, forcing him to react instead of attack, and denying him any chance to use his full strength.

This was exactly Gabriel’s plan. Even though a single hero rank should have been enough, he had made sure it was two or three against one. That way, they could overwhelm elite enemies quickly and regroup for the main fight.

Alice pushed herself up from the ground, one hand pressed against her side. A dark bruise was already forming, but aside from that, she was fine. Xueyi moved to her at once and offered an arm to steady her. Alice took it without hesitation.

The three won exchanged brief nods. Their expressions were calm, focused, and professional.

"Good shot," Xueyi said quietly.

"It wasn’t ," Alice admitted.

"Then who?" Xiyumi frowned.

At those words, Alice looked toward the massive figure in the distance. There, they could see Sniper Bow Legend, already back to dealing with enemies on the main battlefield, completely unaware of the three gazes fixed on him.

"It was him?" Alice muttered.

Once their plan had gone into motion, the result had been decided. With proper positioning and clean coordination, they had brought down an opponent who should have been stronger than any one of them alone.

The shield bearing hero had never truly been in control of the fight.

Scarlet and Sophie arrived monts later, just as the massive body settled fully into the dirt. Scarlet took one look at the scene and understood imdiately. The shield wielder was dead, and although her allies bore minor injuries, they were still capable of fighting.

"Well executed," Scarlet comnted, giving a short nod.

There was a sense of accomplishnt in the air, but it remained restrained. No one celebrated. Broken Dawn fighters did not relax while the battle was still ongoing.

Sophie was already scanning the field, her eyes moving from one area to the next.

It was obvious that the tide of the larger battle had turned.

Henry’s forces were falling apart. With the war tanks destroyed and all of his elite fighters either dead or defeated, the eastern camp no longer had any real structure. Soldiers were dropping their weapons and running. Others surrendered outright, unwilling to face fighters who had just killed multiple hero ranks.

The advantage Henry had held earlier was disappearing fast.

Sophie looked out across the battlefield. Fires still burned where the tanks had been destroyed. Groups of enemy soldiers were retreating in panic, while Broken Dawn fighters pushed forward without hesitation.

There were still small pockets of resistance, but they were being crushed one after another.

What had started as a desperate defensive fight had turned into a complete collapse of the enemy line. Henry’s strategy had failed.

He had relied too heavily on a handful of powerful individuals and fear to control his army. Once those figures were removed, the rest of his troops had nothing left to cling to. Without direction or courage, they broke.

In contrast, Broken Dawn’s forces were fewer in number and, on average, lower in rank. Even so, they were far more effective when fighting together. Perhaps it was because of Gabriel’s earlier motivation, though the exact reason was unclear.

Henry’s elite fighters had been strong individually. They were backed by resources, heavy investnt, and brute leveling. But they lacked real teamwork and solid fundantals.

When it ca to fighting as a unit, they fell apart quickly. There was only one explanation for this. Henry did not truly have a presence on the battlefield, unlike Gabriel, who was actively fighting alongside his forces.

"We should regroup with Gabriel," Sophie said, turning to the others.

Through the drifting smoke not far away, Gabriel was easy to spot. He stood tall and unmoving, surrounded by fallen enemies.

The two hero ranked fighters he had been holding off on the flank were already down.

Even from a distance, he looked almost untouched. Crimson Judgnt rested loosely in one hand, his posture relaxed as if the fight had never truly pushed him. The sight of their leader still standing strengthened the morale of the nearby Broken Dawn fighters.

A few cheers broke out when they noticed that Scarlet’s group had also taken down another elite enemy. At this point, the outco of the battle was clear. The fight was already decided, and everyone on the field knew it.

That was the belief of the Broken Dawn faction.

Little did they know, there was still a powerful monster within the walls of the eastern camp, quietly observing.
