The room fell quiet the mont Gabriel stepped in.

He did not hurry. His steps were steady as he walked to the front, his eyes moving across the gathered mbers only once before he stopped. Sophie stood at his side not long after, calm as always, while the others straightened in their seats and waited.

Gabriel looked at them for a brief mont and then spoke.

"Before anything else, the na Eastern Camp no longer exists. From today onward, this place will be called New Dawn."

Gabriel did not give them ti to dwell on it before continuing.

"This place will not remain a loose survivor camp. It will operate under a structured system from this point onward. Not completely military, but close enough that everyone understands their place, their responsibilities, and who they answer to."

A few people exchanged quick glances while the Lin sisters remained still, but both were clearly listening with full focus. Lin Xuyi’s eyes sharpened slightly. Lin Xiyumi sat straighter. Neither of them had expected him to co with such a clear plan so quickly, yet the way he spoke made it obvious this had already been fully thought through

Gabriel raised one hand slightly and several special crystal tokens were placed on the table before him.

The room grew even quieter.

"These," he said, "are now the standard internal currency of New Dawn. Food trades, random barter, and coin hoarding create confusion. From now on, this camp will run on crystal tokens. Every token represents one full day of rations, clean water, basic equipnt maintenance, and access to dical treatnt."

That made several people’s expressions change at once.

He pointed at the tokens one after another.

"Bronze is the lowest. Then Silver. Gold. Ruby. Erald. Sapphire. Diamond."

"Bronze is the foundation. The higher the rank of your token, the greater your privileges, your authority, and your access to resources. You can trade them, save them, earn more of them, or lose them."

"Your rank now decides everything."

No more vague favoritism. No more private arrangents. No more unclear rewards. Even before he explained the rest, everyone in the room could already tell how much this would change the camp.

Lin Xuyi glanced at her sister and saw the sa thought in her eyes.

He really prepared all this in just a few days.

Gabriel continued without pause.

"The total population under New Dawn has already passed what a single command structure should manage directly. So I am dividing the camp into three main divisions. Each division will hold roughly the sa number of people."

"Each division will contain around nine hundred to one thousand people. No division will operate independently from the whole, but each will have its own clear chain of command. That chain will not overlap."

Several people in the room straightened even more.

Gabriel turned slightly and pointed to a board that had been placed beside him before the eting began. Most had ignored it earlier. Now they understood why it was there.

"Each division will be broken into three groups. Each group will be led by one Captain. Every Captain will oversee roughly three hundred fighters and support mbers. Every Captain will also have two Lieutenants assisting with discipline, movent, supply coordination, and daily managent."

"The Captains report directly to their Division Commander. There are no extra layers between them. No useless titles. No bloated structure. If sothing goes wrong, responsibility is clear."

The Lin sisters were genuinely impressed now. So were others. The structure was simple enough for everyone to follow, but detailed enough to prevent confusion. More importantly, it gave Gabriel direct control without creating chaos.

Even people who had fought under organized guilds before could see the value in it. Nothing sounded wasteful, and nothing sounded confusing. It was clean, direct, and strong enough that even those who disliked change could not easily pick holes in it. That alone made several faces in the room turn serious all at once.

Gabriel’s gaze swept the room, silencing their whispers.

"Division One will be different from the other two. Division One is mine. It will be the elite force of New Dawn. Only I can move it or give it standing orders."

Nobody interrupted.

"If I am unavailable and the situation becos desperate, Sophie will take temporary control. No one else."

At once the room reacted, even if quietly.

So of the older mbers did not hide their discomfort well. It was not because Sophie lacked ability. It was because she was a woman, and so of them still carried old habits from the previous order. They were more comfortable following strength when it ca from a man. Even so, none of them were foolish enough to speak out.

Gabriel ignored the shifting expressions.

"Sophie will also serve as overall Second Commander of New Dawn."

This ti no one was truly surprised.

The whispers from earlier had already prepared everyone for it. Even those who disliked it had expected it. Sophie herself remained calm, as if the announcent had changed nothing.

The Lin sisters, however, were visibly pleased.

Lin Xuyi gave a faint nod. Lin Xiyumi’s expression softened slightly. For won who had served under Henry, this decision felt like a clear signal that things would be different now, and it made Gabriel’s direction even clearer that he was not rebuilding the camp in the sa rotten shape it had before.

Gabriel folded his hands behind his back.

"Now we move to appointnts."

People who had been calm until then now sat rigidly. This was the real mont. Captains of Division One were not the sa as ordinary officers. Even if they answered directly to Gabriel and had less freedom than others, the privileges attached to that position would be enormous. Better access, better resources, closer contact with the core leadership, and likely priority when rewards were handed out.

Gabriel looked across the room once more and then spoke.

"I will na the first three Captains of Division One now."

A few people nearly stopped breathing.

Even Sniperbowlegend no longer looked relaxed. Bunny’s fingers tightened around the edge of her seat. Ragnarok99 kept his face steady, but his eyes stayed fixed on Gabriel. The Lin sisters remained composed, though both were clearly sitting at the edge of their seats.

"The first Captain of Division One is..."
