Ye Qiu looked at Xu Jiao in surprise as she spoke.
Although most of what Xu Jiao said was true, it was indeed he who was provoked first, but the decision to kill Liu ng was made to help Liu Jie.
His intention was to first eliminate the support around Xu Batian, forcing him to rely solely on Liu Jie.

Ye Qiu and Xu Jiao nodded, then walked out, eting Lin Jie at the door.
Ye Qiu exchanged a glance with Lin Jie and nodded, and then Lin Jie took a deep breath and entered Xu Batian’s room.
Seeing Lin Jie enter Xu Batian’s room, Ye Qiu raised an eyebrow.
"What’s going on, why is Lin Jie so tense?"
