She detected that a thin vine had suddenly wrapped itself around her ankle.

However, both of Feng Wu’s feet were already caught by the vine.
The purple vine had been moving tentatively at first, but after it caught Feng Wu, it grew bolder and started moving faster.
The vine was only as thin as a finger at first, but gradually became as thick as a baby’s arm.
In a matter of seconds, it was wrapped tightly around Feng Wu.
“OMG!”
“Shit!”
