Inside, Feng Wu sat on the floor with the Phoenix Pen in her hand as she worked on modifying inscriptions.
It was a major project.
It involved layers of inscription codes and formations. If one wasn’t careful, everything would all be destroyed.
Hence, Feng Wu was careful as she rewrote the words with the Phoenix Pen.

Zhu Yi paced around the living room.
Scratching the back of his head, Bu Jingyu glanced at the room from time to time… Would Zhu Yi discover Feng Wu? He was panicking…
Zhu Yi glanced at Bu Jingyu. “Why do you look preoccupied?”
Bu Jingyu said, “No! I’m fine! I’m really fine!”
Zhu Yi was going to leave after taking the tuckahoe leaves.
Bu Jingyu almost relaxed.
Just then, Zhu Yi paused and looked at Bu Jingyu. “I didn’t want to say this, but you’re too reckless!”
What? Bu Jingyu looked at his senior brother in confusion.
What did he do?
He had stayed in this courtyard the entire time.
Before Bu Jingyu could say he was innocent, Zhu Yi glared at him. “You shouldn’t have gone to the scene in the early hours of the morning! Do you know how dangerous it was?!”
To the scene? OMG!
Bu Jingyu immediately realized what Zhu Yi was talking about.
It wasn’t him. It was Feng Wu!
Fortunately, he didn’t say he had never left the courtyard… Otherwise, no matter how much trust Zhu Yi had in him before, he would be suspicious now.
“Yes, Senior Brother Zhu. You’re right.” Bu Jingyu nodded.
Zhu Yi said, “If you go to the scene, it’s easy for you to get injured or be captured by the enemy as a hostage. You’ll even upset Master. Do you understand why you shouldn’t have gone there?”
Bu Jingyu wanted to cry because it hadn’t been him.

He was ready to see Zhu Yi off.
Why was his senior brother still here?

Zhu Yi stared at Bu Jingyu. “Why are you nervous?”
Bu Jingyu said, “I – I’m not nervous!”
Zhu Yi glanced at him indifferently and didn’t say anything. Holding the box of tuckahoe leaves, he pushed open Bu Jingyu’s door!
Bu Jingyu turned pale.
Oh god!
Zhu Yi would see another Bu Jingyu inside.
He wondered if it was too late to ask for forgiveness.
However…
Bu Jingyu took a deep breath, but he saw the room was empty.
He was greatly relieved.
Zhu Yi looked back at Bu Jingyu and found the latter rather strange.
He walked up to the cupboard and opened it.
Bu Jingyu almost screamed.
Luckily, there was no one inside.
Zhu Yi looked at Bu Jingyu, who asked in confusion, “Senior Brother Zhu, what are you doing? Did you think I was hiding someone here?”
Zhu Yi rolled his eyes at Bu Jingyu. “You wouldn’t dare!”
Bu Jingyu said, “There are no pretty girls here in the manor. When we defeat the Junwu Empire, we can take their women. They have so many pretty girls.”
Zhu Yi knocked him on the head. “Why do you want to do that? They’re someone’s daughters too.”
He finally left with the tuckahoe leaves.
Bu Jingyu was relieved and started looking for Feng Wu.
