"Explode."
**BOOOM!
Two other celestials scread in pain after being affected by the explosion, however, their screams were cut short when a sword of flas cleaved through their heads.
You damned!!
One of the Celestial high-tier deities exclaid in rage before summoning a celestial sword artifact and dashing towards Aurora.
Aurora sensed him incoming and waved her hand, transforming the sword in her other hand, into a bow of flas.
She held it up and rapidly fired multiple arrows at the celestial deity, all of which he knocked down with his sword.
Aurora moved backwards for a bit, before turning into a streak of light and dashing towards a nearby planet, one that was hundreds of thousands of kilotres in diater.
The celestial’s face paled and he looked towards the other two high-tier deities.
She’s heading to the base, hold the other one off, I’d handle this one.
With those words, he turned into a streak of light and chased after Aurora.
◇ ◇ ◇
The denizens of a certain planet were going about their daily lives when they started discovering strange phenona.
There were bright flashes of light in the sky that could be seen from almost everywhere.
Suddenly, two flashes of light detached themselves from the rest and thundered down towards the planet.
The astronors and astrologers racked their brains to understand what was going on.
They were a technologically advanced planet and they had set out to conquer other planets in their star system and the nearby star systems.
They had also developed weapons capable of destroying planets with ease, yet, the denizens of the planet had never encountered the supernatural.
All of the innovations and achievents were the results of pure science.
However, this did not an that they didn’t know of the supernatural.
They had found traces in other planets they had conquered, ancient ruins and murals depicting powerful beings flying through space unhindered and raining down destruction on the worlds below.
It was precisely because of this that they understood what the identities of the two streaks of light descending on their planets were.
The legendary beings who were worshipped by so of the worlds they had conquered.
Deities.
The first streak of light crashed down on the ground, and the shockwaves from the crash wiped out an entire country completely.
A barely working satellite caught the figure of a woman with literally flaming hair looking around before nodding to herself.
She then looked towards the satellite’s cara and stretched out a hand.
Then, she clenched her fist.
That was the last thing the satellite transmitted, all contact with it was lost afterwards.
The second streak of light descended not long after, landing directly on the sa spot the first did.
At this point, the people of that planet who knew and understood what was happening, accepted their impending doom, as they knew fully well that their puny planet could not survive a battle between deities.
◇ ◇ ◇
As Aurora descended onto the planet, the first thing she did was to check if it was possible for her to get serious while on it.
’This is a high-level galaxy, as such, I can use my full power without restrictions.
Even so, I have to make sure. The law of causality can be a real pain in the behind sotis.’
Confirming that she was not restricted by anything, she stretched out her hand and clenched her fist, destroying the source of the gaze she could feel on her body.
’Most likely so sort of satellite.’
The bow of flas in her hand morphed into a sword, and she rose it to clash with the sword that thundered down towards her head at a speed faster than light.
***BOOOOM!!
Waves of pure celestial energy spilt out from the sword, threatening to engulf her whole.
Aurora roused her own fla-attributed energy to resist the celestial energy and rose her other hand, firing multiple fla spears from it.
"Tsk..."
The celestial who held the sword clicked his tongue and backed away to avoid getting hit, landing on the ground, he glared at Aurora closely while wondering if she chose to descend to this planet on purpose.
The next mont, sothing out of his wildest dreams happened.
Aurora cut off her own arm with her sword.
The amputated arm fell to the ground, yet not a single drop of blood was spilt.
From the stump of her arm, flas poured out and ford a new arm, all while the amputated limb remained on the floor.
The fallen arm then burst into a pillar of flas, before reforming itself into a copy of Aurora.
"Scour this planet and find all they’re hiding here."
The copy nodded and turned into a streak of light, dashing in the opposite direction from the two.
Seeing this, the celestial wanted to give chase but Aurora’s figure flickered in front of him, with a sword in hand.
The two clashed blades, releasing shockwaves that collapsed the earth underneath their feet.
Aurora sent a knee kick to the celestial, disorienting and pushing him back a bit.
In that short mont, she transford the sword into a bow and fired multiple arrows of flas towards him.
He created a shield of celestial energy and filled his sword with an aura before dashing towards her.
As he closed the distance, Aurora flicked her fingers and the bow of flas transford into a spear of flas.
The spear and sword clashed repeatedly with a loud clanging sound each ti.
Aurora’s spear threatened to stab his vitals while his sword threatened to cleave her in two.
His sword occasionally slithered across her arm to her neck, however, at the last mont, a barrier of flas always appeared and blocked it.
Aurora’s spear occasionally knocked his sword out of his hands, however, it always returned to him faster than she could stab his heart with the tip of her spear.
◇ ◇ ◇
While Aurora was clashing with the celestial deity on the planet below, Inglis was laughing boisterously as she waved her staff towards the two celestials charging at her.
"What should I call this spell...? Star call?"
As she spoke, a gigantic star with size and mass comparable to that of the star system’s sun was pulled out of its path of orbit and thrown towards the two deities.
We have to prevent it from hitting the planet.
Won’t she hit her ally?!
The other woman is a Phoenix, the flas would only make her stronger.
With that short conversation, the deities stretched out their hands simultaneously.
One created a barrier of celestial energy to block the incoming star and the other fired a beam of light with power no less than that of the star in it.
Inglis moved sideways to dodge, then flew backwards while launching multiple dark magic at them.
The two blocked and counter-attacked as they followed Inglis out of the star system.
So mid-tier deity celestials attempted to attack Inglis from behind but she turned around abruptly and swung her staff with enough force to bash into the head of a celestial and send it flying.
She then dashed towards the nearest one while he was still dumbfounded and stabbed him with the edge of the staff.
He hastily created a barrier of celestial energy to block it but Inglis only smiled and twisted the staff.
The essence of the law of darkness converged around the top and began spinning around it at insane speeds.
The hastily made batter of celestial energy could not withstand the penetrating force of the drill of darkness and shattered almost instantly.
"Gahhhh!!"
Then drill pierced into his chest and he scread in pain while coughing out huge amounts of blood.
Sensing three other celestials behind her, Inglis spoke in a silent voice.
[Corrosion]
Waves of darkness attributed energy that corroded any and everything poured out of her body towards the three celestials.
They protected their bodies with celestial energy and kept on charging towards her, covering their weapons ad bodies with the essence of various laws to resist the corrosion.
[Authority of Life: Breath of Life]
A celestial activated her authority of life and fought back against the corrosive darkness.
She poured her energy into the other two and they felt energized and had the strength and speed of their attacks enhanced.
Before their attacks hit, Inglis’s eyes flashed with a cold glint as she grabbed the neck of the celestial that had a drill of darkness boring a hole through his chest.
She turned around and ignored the weapons that were about to pierce her body.
Her dark obsidian eyes t the golden eyes of the celestial with the authority of life.
Sto-!
By the ti she could begin speaking, it was already too late.
[Authority of Death; Dust to Dust]
The two celestials who stabbed Inglis in the stomach with their swords felt a montary weakness.
The next mont, they could not feel anything anymore.
Their bodies visibly aged as all their energy and life force were drained out of them.
The celestial energy within them was expelled into the surroundings as Inglis was unable to absorb it.
As for their bodies, they had already turned to space dust.
