Domain of Lucifer’s Vestige
Unknown Planet
Unknown Galaxy
Varona Realm
October 2nd?
Year 717 of the 50th General Calendar.
Arthur Vaughn could without a doubt, say that this morning was the worst morning in his entire life.
Despite the fact that he was finally able to sleep after being beaten black, blue and red by his great-grandfather’s vestige the previous day, he was barely able to close his eyes for a few hours before suddenly feeling a familiar aura of destruction energy wash power him.
Naturally, he instinctively got up and assud a battle-ready position, not before he was tapped at the back of the head by Lucifer’s vestige.
"In a real-life scenario, you’d be dead ten tis over."
"Dear great grandpa, I don’t think would be fighting beings strong enough to kill ten tis over in a few seconds anyti soon."
Hearing Arthur’s reply, the expression on Lucifer’s face turned strange as he shot back instantly.
"You do realize that any competent superior stage Epic realm existence can do that to you, right?"
"Then I guess I just have to stay away from the competent ones."
Arthur replied as he unsummoned Celestia and jumped off the bed, stretching his body for a while before turning back to lucifer and asking.
"You got any food here?"
"No one has been here in more than a dozen millennia, do you really wanna eat any kind of food that can survive this long?"
"...good point."
Arthur nodded and poured a bit of energy into one of the rings on his fingers, activating his storage ring and pulling out so foodstuff.
"Why’d you even ask?"
Even if he really could not feel an actual headache, Lucifer’s vestige felt that he might just have one given the way Arthur acted around him.
After eating and taking a bath, Arthur took his ti to explore the space he was in, after all, he directly passed out after being beaten shitless the day before.
One thing he realized was that the space he was in was quite large, a lot larger than he had expected.
Although he expected it to be big after seeing that over 5000 sqm room the day before, it was still a lot more overwhelming than he expected.
What’s more, he discovered that this space was completely isolated from the outside world and although it directly overlapped with the coordinates of the ruined city he found outside, they actually didn’t occupy the sa space.
"To get here, you would need an extra set of coordinates, sothing that a lot of people don’t really notice, even those who claim to comprehend the law of space."
"Hmm...maybe I can also-!"
It was then that Arthur what Lucifer’s vestige just told him finally dawned on Arthur.
"Did you just say that soone would need four sets of coordinates to specify the location of the ’building’ we are in?"
"Yes, what about it?"
Seeing the nonchalant look on the vestige’s face, Arthur realised that saying outrageous things so calmly must have been sothing that Lucifer did a lot when he was alive.
"Dude, don’t just casually tell that I’m in a four-dinsional space with such a nonchalant look on your face!"
What Arthur had realised was that the space he was currently in, was actually a 4d space!
It had only clicked when Lucifer’s vestige said that one would need an extra set of coordinates, in addition to the original three that were usually used for teleportation.
However, the vestige’s next words did nothing to help the young progenitor’s state.
"Why didn’t you realise this?
Haven’t you been to higher dinsional spaces before?"
"No, I have not!"
The young progenitor shouted back, however; Lucifer’s vestige only looked at him strangely before asking.
"Then how do you have ’Hell’s’ aura on you?"
"Hell?"
Arthur was initially confused at first, but a quick browse through his mory reminded him about soone he had indeed t who was called ’Hell’.
"The universe’s consciousness..."
"So, you have t ’Hell’. In that case, you have been to a higher dinsional space before then, because the space where hell’s core exists, is a lot similar to this one.
You could say it’s in between three and four-dinsional, an irrational feat that can only be accomplished by the core of a universe like Hell.
I bet you could barely see anything else besides the endless desert. But that’s natural.
The current you’s realm of cognition is limited to just three dinsions, comprehending the complete appearance of higher-dinsional entities with your bare eyes is nigh impossible.
All you’d be able to see is either what they want you to see, or what your brain can compute."
He patted Arthur on the head and continued.
"Worry not, when you get to the demigod realm and have an authority of space, you’d be strong enough to perceive them slightly.
Never said anything about doing so with ease, though."
"Then why give any hope in the first place...
Besides, how in hell am I not dead yet?!
I thought three-dinsional beings weren’t able to exist or get into higher dinsional spaces, and even if they could, it wouldn’t be as easy as opening up a door."
"There are two reasons. One is that the cosmic energy gathering around your body is giving you a small amount of protection. And the other is that you have ’Permission’ to exist within this space.
Said permission cos from the blood of Lucifer that flows through your veins, it is also the reason your uncle who ca here a few millennia ago didn’t have his existence collapse upon entering here.
Any other mid-tier deity would instinctively be able to tell their existence would be threatened just by coming close to this space. Unless said mid-tier deity has sohow surpassed space and ti and has achieved four dinsions.
Or sohow has a high-rank authority in the law of space, possesses an aspect of space and a few other things."
Arthur shook his head in silence and walked towards the training room, deciding to store Lucifer’s words sowhere in his head where he would not rember them anyti soon as he didn’t see himself attempting to enter any higher dinsional spaces anyti soon.
Upon entering, he looked around trying to get a feel for how the spatial expansion worked but failed woefully as he didn’t have enough understanding of dinsional analogy for that.
