"Co out."

When he said that, Evan looked on, wondering just who McEnda was talking to. Before his eyes, he saw the empty space shimr, and the figure of an unfamiliar man materialized

He had light blue hair elegantly slicked back, creating a polished and refined look, and eyes that mirrored the sa hue.

Like McEnda, he wore the Demon Army Uniform and had 3 Stars on his.

"Oh, Jabberwocky.

First ti I’ve seen you with the sa face more than once."

"?!"

McEnda called out the na of this Demon and it made Evan flinch visibly.

’He’s Jabberwocky?! And McEnda’s words...that ans this isn’t his real face.’

It had already been established that Evan was familiar with the future Artemisia, and from his reaction just now, McEnda guessed he knew of Jabberwocky as well.

Jabberwocky also saw the ’recognition’ in Evan’s eyes, and this intrigued him. As Alvey’s most loyal servant, he was already aware of Evan’s unique situation, so he also had the sa thoughts as McEnda.

’But that’s not important, now...’

He moved his gaze to the top of Yedrist’s severed head where Arthur and Alvey were in a heated discussion, conjuring dozens of Tier 5 and 6 magic circles.

"Are those guys really creating a new magic spell right now?!"

McEnda followed Jabberwocky’s gaze and couldn’t help but voice out this question when he saw what the two of them were doing.

Long-range attacks and missiles were sent towards the two of them, not to shoot them down but to destroy the pillars holding up the dead Leviathans’ bodies.

However, Arthur effortlessly halted them all in ti, not sparing them a glance as he continued his conjuring with Alvey.

Alvey periodically looked over to assess the situation of battle and send out orders, before refocusing on whatever he and Arthur were cooking.

Evan, saying a silent prayer for the unfortunate Aramisians, turned to enter a command tent to rest, a bit exhausted from the fighting he had done earlier.

He had barely taken a step when Arthur’s Faux True Voice bood out.

|¬Eureka! ¬|

Following it, a wave of demonic energy erupted, radiating in all directions and covering the skies in its black light.

As Evan whirled around to witness the source of this sudden surge, his jaw nearly hit the ground in astonishnt.

◇ ◇ ◇

What Arthur and Alvey were doing was quite simple.

They were creating a Combination Technique utilizing their Pseudo-Authorities of Destruction, Light and Space respectively.

The objective, as Arthur succinctly put it, was to create sothing that would give a massive ’KABOOM!’

It should also be ’Super-fast’ so Alvey’s light manipulation was very crucial.

With the two geniuses working on this, it didn’t take them too long to create sothing that would make so Aramisians regret becoming soldiers.

The surge of black light that enveloped the skies was Alvey’s demonic energy travelling at light speed, scanning the area and allowing Alvey to create a three-dinsional blueprint of their target: an Aramisian military base located exactly 1133 kilotres away.

As for why this particular one was chosen as the target of their new attack, it was because of its importance in the Aramisian defence.

Plomux was a massive continent, with an area surpassing 100 million square kilotres. If the Aramisian Coalition force was going to send reinforcents to the East, then it’d need to move hundreds of thousands of soldiers across a vast distance.

The ti required for this would be a lot, and ’ti’, was sothing the Aramisians didn’t have right now.

To get their forces to the desired locations ASAP, it was only natural they’d use teleportation.

Each military base had Teleportation Waypoints, but none had even half the number in this particular one Alvey and Arthur had targeted.

It was a fortified stronghold, with defences on another level entirely. Thousands of concealnt formations were deployed to hide the huge spatial energy that the thousands of large-scale waypoints generated.

However, it could not hide ’spatial energy’ from the senses of soone who had a Pseudo-Authority to control the Law of Space.

Hence, the mont Alvey stepped foot on Plomux, he had sensed the Waypoints.

Now, he and Arthur wanted to delete them from existence.

"McEnda...help get rid of that annoying barrier."

Alvey called out to his best friend who jumped up to the Leviathan’s head where Alvey was, his eyes settling on the 3D blueprint the Greater Demon Created.

Alvey’s projection displayed every detail, every structure, every lifeform within its periter.

He glanced at it and then at the horizon, using a simple Farsight spell to estimate the distance as he took action.

[Pseudo-Authority of Darkness]

His deep voice rang out and darkness began pooling at his feet, swirling and rising like a living entity. It twisted and coiled around him, forming a dense, inky mass that seed to devour the very light around it.

Thrusting his hand forward, he unleashed the wave of darkness and Alvey snapped his fingers in that sa instant.

This action of Alvey’s warped McEnda’s darkness across the 1133 km long distance, dropping it right in front of the powerful light and divinity barrier of the Aramisian base.

It crashed against the barrier with an impact that resonated like a thunderclap.

Within the base, alarms blared and the Level 900s present quickly mobilized, rushing out to respond to the assault. Their divine powers flared to life, brilliant and fierce, as they prepared to counter the encroaching darkness.

Unfortunately, Arthur had granted McEnda his Blessing of ’Anti-Divinity’.

With this, the powerful do-shaped barrier began showing strain within a second.

Cracks ford on the surface of the barrier, spreading like a spider’s web. The Transcendents’ efforts to bolster it were in vain, as the Anti-Divinity blessing in McEnda’s darkness, coupled with the innate strength of the corroding darkness gnawed at its foundations.

Within five seconds, the cracks widened, and with a resounding shatter, the barrier collapsed.

The wave of darkness surged forward, unimpeded, until it reached the temporary shields created by the Divine Human Transcendents.

And with them so busy fighting off McEnda’s darkness, Arthur and Alvey took action.

"Ready?"

Arthur asked, barely being able to conceal the excitent in his voice and Alvey nodded in affirmation.

"Let’s light them up."

Together, they called out.

[Pseudo-Authority of Light.] |¬Pseudo-Authority of Destruction. ¬|

Multiple magic circles manifested in front of their outstretched hands, radiating outwards to form a circle of circles.

From the centre, Arthur’s crimson-silver destructive energy crackled, intertwining with Alvey’s demonic light. The two powers were woven into a swirling orb that pulsed with volatile light.

|¬ [Blinding Annihilation.]! ¬|

Space ripped open in front of them and the orb of combined energy shot forward, disappearing into the spatial fold created by Alvey.

In the next instant, it reappeared above the military base, hanging ominously in the sky for a heartbeat.

Then, it descended with blinding speed, a teor of destruction hurtling towards its mark.

Sensing it, the Level 900s were only given a second to decide between blocking McEnda’s darkness or trying to stop the hovering orb of destruction.

They couldn’t even think about who’d stay back to stop the darkness and who’d go to deal with the teor when it descended at light speed.

It was too fast for them to even see its movent!

As the orb struck, the initial impact was silent, a mont of eerie calm before the storm.

Then, an explosion of light and destructive energy erupted, a detonation that obliterated the central command tower in a blinding flash.

The shockwave spread outwards, vaporizing steel and concrete as if they were re paper. Flas erupted in a cascade, consuming buildings, vehicles, and soldiers alike.

The blast radius expanded rapidly, engulfing the entire base within seconds. Barracks, armouries, and defensive installations were swallowed by the inferno. The ground shook violently, fissures opening up as the very earth seed to recoil from the devastation.

The destruction did not stop at the base’s borders; it spread further, obliterating all life within the nearest few kilotres. Well, all life that wasn’t at least Level 800, that is.

Trees were uprooted, wildlife incinerated, and the landscape was left a charred wasteland.

Only Sovereign Realm existences survived, albeit with injuries, while the Transcendents could only move fast enough to protect themselves and the few lucky foot soldiers who just happened to be nearby.

As for everything else...they died in seconds.

The Aramisian soldiers who were miles away could see the towering columns of smoke and the bright flas licking the sky.

The ground beneath them trembled from the shockwaves; as if reminding them that what they were seeing was reality and not fantasy.

So soldiers dropped their weapons, their will to fight shattered by the sheer magnitude of the attack. Others fell to their knees, tears streaming down their faces as they realized the futility of their resistance.

The Demons whom they were fighting didn’t hesitate to reap the free kills, though they were also surprised by the sudden attack.

Level 700 Demons could sense the eerie destructive nature of the explosion that gave them chills deep within their souls, and a good number of them who were present on the Triton’s Ark were familiar with it.

They watched as panic spread like wildfire among the Aramisians, with many running aimlessly, seeking shelter from an enemy they could not hope to confront.

"Is this what we’re up against?"

Whispered one soldier, his voice trembling with fear.

"There’s no point in fighting... We’re dood."

So murmured another, his eyes wide with terror.

The Army’s overall morale was already low due to the sudden news of Yedrist’s demise, and they hadn’t recovered yet from that psychological blow when this one hit.

It was even worse for the commanding officers who knew that the base destroyed was the one with the most waypoints which they were ant to receive reinforcents from.

Thanks to Arthur, Alvey and McEnda, the Gozonians had added another number to their score.

Gozon 5: 0 Plomux.
