Arthur’s exuviation was in full swing, with chaotic swirls of magic power and law energies twisting around him.

Jamie silently watched the spectacle unfold, a yawn escaping his lips when a presence erged beside him.

It was a fellow Demon King, and one of this Universe’s Main Entities, Malorum—the manager of ’Destruction’.

Watching the storm of power engulfing Arthur, the man spoke with a slow exhale.

"This doesn’t look like soone becoming a Half-Deity."

Jamie turned his head, raising a brow.

"What does it look like to you?"

Malorum’s eyes remained on the raging energies as he answered.

"This looks like soone becoming a Lower Deity."

At his response, Jamie let out a sharp laugh, shaking his head.

"Arthur is ridiculous, sure—but he’s not that ridiculous. He can’t just skip the entirety of the Half-Deity Realm. That’s simply impossible."

Twirling around rings of energy on his index finger, Jamie continued.

"He doesn’t have the necessary Authorities for the Low-Tier Deity Realm."

That was indeed the case. But hearing Jamie’s words, Malorum tilted his head slightly and spoke.

"You say that like if he did have those Authorities, he’d go straight to the Low-Tier Deity Realm."

Jamie was still chuckling as he summoned the modified EXP cache he’d created and held it up before Malorum.

"If he had the Authorities and this? Then yeah, maybe. But without this, even if he had the Authorities, he wouldn’t make it to Low-Tier Deity."

The amount of energy needed to go from Half-Deity to the Low-Tier Deity Realms was far more than what Arthur possessed, even with all his energy unsealed.

It was like comparing the size of one planet to all the planets in a Star System, after all, the space between them included.

Of course, Jamie hadn’t forgotten that Arthur possessed the broken divine spark of the Titan god, Novak. But Arthur wasn’t suicidal—Jamie knew the boy wouldn’t even consider using it until he was at least a Mid-Tier Deity.

The two Demon Kings stood in silence, watching the energy storm in front of them.

After a while, Malorum finally spoke.

"How long do you have left?"

Jamie’s expression didn’t change as he answered.

"About a month. Give or take. That’s if I push it."

His response about his estimated ti left in Valmone made Malorum frown.

"And when exactly were you planning to tell us this?"

Once again, Jamie’s response was casual—far too casual compared to Malorum’s serious tone.

"Right after I was done with Arthur here. I already told McEnda we had so business to discuss."

Malorum’s frown deepened, but before he could respond, Jamie continued.

"You know, it was supposed to be a year. And I was planning to tell you guys on ti. But thanks to today’s ss, that year got cut down to a month."

It took the other Demon King a second to process Jamie’s words before the realization struck.

"Your Domain Declaration. That’s why, isn’t it?"

Jamie nodded.

"Yeah. That thing is... how do I put it? It’s a concept you wouldn’t understand right now.

My Domain isn’t just so standard Declaration of control over an area to gain buffs and territorial advantage.

It’s tied to my Existential Declaration—the essence of my being which I’ve integrated with and embody.

Using it with just a soul fragnt—an incomplete —is incredibly taxing."

Malorum stared at Jamie, taphorical question marks practically floating above his head, and Jamie let out a laugh at the sight.

"Like I said, you won’t understand it until you reach the Dicta Integration stage."

"I don’t even want to think about how far that realm is."

Malorum spoke with a sigh and Jamie’s laughter reduced to a wry smile.

"Don’t bother. Most people wouldn’t reach it even if they had ten lifetis. Even you might never achieve it, no matter how talented you are."

His voice was steady, matter-of-fact.

"After all, no matter one’s talent or fortuity, surpassing the Monarch realm is impossible without achieving so form of Cosmic Superiority."

Malorum clicked his tongue, crossing his arms.

"Cosmic Superiority, huh? A pity."

Before either of them could say more, the swirling energy ahead of them suddenly began to calm.

Then—like it had been sucked into a vacuum—everything was abruptly drawn into Arthur’s body.

The storm of energy vanished, revealing Arthur’s body. His clothes were intact, though covered in gri and impurities expelled from his body during his exuviation.

He floated in the air, eyes closed for so monts. Then, slowly, his feet touched the ground.

A breeze of ti law energy washed over his body and in an instant, his clothes were restored to their previous state, the dirt and filth erased as if they had never existed.

Finally, Arthur opened his eyes and saw the two Demon Kings standing so distance away. As soon as his vision steadied, Jai threw him a question.

"So? How does it feel to be a Deity?"

Arthur didn’t answer.

His gaze lifted past Jamie, drawn to the moon hanging in the night sky. Slowly, he raised his right hand, fingers stretching toward it—then, he clenched his fist.

In that instant, the entire world trembled.

Arthur imdiately released his grip.

The Demon Kings reacted differently to his seemingly random actions. While Malorum only raised a brow in light surprise, Jamie sighed, rubbing his temples as he deadpanned Arthur.

"Dude, do you have any idea how much chaos you just caused?"

Why had Jamie posed such a question?

The answer was simple. Arthur had halted the moon’s orbit—then reversed it by five tres.

The rest was history.

Arthur lowered his hand, rolling his fingers idly before speaking.

"I trusted you’d handle things for ."

Clenching and unclenching his hand a few more tis, he stepped forward, stopping before the two Demon Kings.

He t Malorum’s eyes and then spoke in his True Voice.

|Demon King of Destruction.|

His heterochromatic pupils seed to glow as he continued.

|I would like to request a formal eting with you and the 72 Demon Kings regarding our agreent. Certain terms require... revision. |

A long silence followed.

Arthur and Malorum locked eyes, neither moving. Thirty seconds passed in stillness.

Then, at last, Malorum turned.

"I will inform the others."

"Thanks."

Arthur dipped his head in a light bow before turning to Jamie, who was busy nudging the moon back into its proper orbit.

"Jamie, I need your help with sothing important."

Jamie didn’t look away from the sky as he responded.

"What is it, moon shifter?"

Arthur chuckled at the nickna before getting straight to the point.

"Can you help create a new Race Ruler Modifier in this Universe? And if possible, teach how to do it myself."

"?!"

Jamie’s head snapped toward Arthur at the boy’s request, his eyes widening in shock. He didn’t need to think twice to understand exactly what Arthur was asking.

In this Universe, Race Rulers existed—Lords, Kings, and Emperors—each holding a fragnt of the Universe’s Ruler Authorities, modified according to the Race of the holder.

A Demon with a ’Lord’ title was a Demon Lord and an Elf with a ’King’ title was an Elf King.

Now, Arthur intended to create the godslayer equivalents of those ranks—’godslayer Lord’, ’godslayer King’, ’godslayer Emperor’.

And he was dead serious about it. Jamie could see that much in his eyes.

So, he gave a serious response in turn.

"It’s not going to be as easy as you think, even if I can hack the system."

Jamie shifted slightly, arms crossing over his chest.

"You may want to use yourself as a precedent, but don’t forget—you don’t even et the requirents for a Race Lord title. You’re a Half-Deity, not a Low-Tier Deity.

To make this work, we’d have to bypass the System’s defensive asures. And until a real Low-Tier Deity godslayer is recorded by the System’s Ascension Matrix, the ’godslayer Lord’ title would be buggy—a Race Ruler title in na only, without its full benefits."

Arthur wasn’t surprised. He had expected complications, expected that it would cause System errors.

But—

"It is possible, isn’t it?"

He arched a brow, watching Jamie closely.

A brief silence stretched between them before Jamie finally exhaled and nodded.

"Yeah. It is."

The positive response brought a satisfied smile to Arthur’s face.

"Then that’s all that matters."

Arthur only cared about whether it was possible. Everything else could be dealt with in ti.

Letting out a deep sigh, he plopped down on the grass and gazed up at the night sky.

"I plan to loan a planet from Gozon. I also intend to bring this planet—Nienope—under my control as well.

With the ’Planet Lord’ Authorities of two planets, wouldn’t that be enough to et one of the Race Ruler title requirents?"

The requirents of a Race Ruler title were as follows:

1) Being a Deity

2) Being a mber of the Pantheon

3) Lording over Important ’Territories’, controlling vital Realms and Dinsions.

4) Ruling over billions of mbers of your race across a myriad of planets.

5) Have enough Universal Influence to be able to easily cause waves on the Interstellar Stage with even the littlest actions.

Currently, Arthur only t Requirents 1 and 5. If he succeeded in negotiating for a planet from the Gozonians, he planned to use the Planet Lord Authority to cheat his way into fulfilling Requirent 3.

Requirent 4 was simply impossible—there weren’t even that many godslayers in this Universe.

"As for Requirent 2... that’s a tricky one..."

Arthur muttered under his breath, but Jamie, who had sat down beside him, spoke up.

"Don’t worry about that. I’m not a mber of this Pantheon either, but I’m still a ’Demon King.’ That one can be bypassed.

I’ll teach you how to do it. And while I’m at it, I’ll teach you and Evan how to exploit your Singularity Natures to bypass Universal Laws and accomplish things you otherwise couldn’t."

Arthur turned to Jamie, montarily surprised by the offer. Then, after a mont, he spoke.

"Thank you."

"You’re welco."

Jamie ruffled Arthur’s hair before getting up, stretching as he let out a tired yawn.

"I’m exhausted. I need sleep—mostly to stabilize my vessel so I can extend my stay here as long as possible."

At those words, Arthur shifted his gaze toward him.

His vision had evolved, allowing him to see more than before. And now, looking at Jamie, he could see the true nature of his vessel and the obvious signs of its weakening structure.

With the power of his Candidate Sigil of Ti, he could tell exactly how long it would take before Jamie’s vessel deteriorated to the point where his Soul Fragnt would be affected.

Rising to his feet, he activated the Cosmic Teleporter and issued a command to conjure a gate.

As he walked past Jamie, he patted the man’s back with his left hand, his palm coated in Cosmic Energy.

"?!"

Jamie’s eyes widened in shock, his jaw slacking as he felt the energy of the Law of Ti seep into the cracks of his vessel, halting their spread.

Before he could react, Arthur had already stepped through the Cosmic Gate and disappeared, leaving behind a completely dumbfounded Jamie.

"What the hell? He just got that Sigil a few hours ago. How is he already this good at using it?!"

Well, that was what happened when the Superior Half-Deity Realm descendant of a forr Candidate gained the power of one himself.
