The two of them thought there was a problem with the food supply and hurriedly rushed to the central dining area.

Then.

They saw a dense crowd gathered there, occasionally letting out bursts of exclamations.

What's happening?

"Wow~~"

Another exclamation followed.

Through the crowd, they could faintly see a large orange fla licking into the air.

Dais suddenly realized and grabbed Helena, who was about to rush in.

"I get it, it's Chef Lin cooking fried rice and stir-fry, and the guests are gathered here, queuing for food."

"With so many people, it might get snatched up imdiately after it's done cooking, they have to keep frying, everyone wants to eat, no wonder no one is sitting back down."

"Huh?"

Helena was a bit confused.

What kind of dish is so popular that everyone is scrambling for it?

As staff mbers, they could navigate through other areas to get inside.

After entering the central dining area, they saw Lin Chen managing two woks at once, flipping the contents of one wok a few tis on the left and then on the right, while Lucas stood obediently two ters behind him, with a row of stainless steel bowls at his side table, ready to serve dishes at any ti.

Elsa, on the other hand, was tirelessly mixing salads in the salad area, her face flushed. She had just mixed a bowl and handed it over, not even having the chance to put it into the serving dish before all the hungry diners snatched it away, compelling her to hurriedly prepare the next batch.

"What's going on here?"

Approaching, Helena quietly asked Lucinda, who seed the most leisurely among them.

"Well… as you can see."

She helplessly spread her hands, "Everyone's flocking to Chef Lin's food, our first round of food hasn't even needed restocking yet, while they are already on their fourth round of the salad, and they've already fried two batches of fried rice or whatever."

"Huh??"

Not only Helena, but even Dais hadn't expected the situation to beco so one-sided.

"Is it that their food doesn't taste good?"

"That shouldn't be the case, it looks quite normal, after all, they are chefs from a big restaurant, their skills should be fine."

Fearing there was an issue with the food, the three hurried over to try a bit of each dish.

"There's no problem either?"

Dais wondered as she chewed the Caesar salad in her mouth, the taste of Caesar dressing along with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and crispy bacon bits—a classic flavor that couldn't go wrong anywhere.

Then she tried the spinach salad, which used a mainly Italian sweet vinegar-based dressing, refreshing and appetizing, with fresh orange segnts and sliced smoked beef.

No problem here either.

And certainly no problem with the scrambled eggs, soft and slightly runny, with a rich buttery fragrance, lting in her mouth, clearly tasting the savory charm of cheddar cheese.

They sampled every western dish, yet couldn't find any issues.

These dishes were also prepared with help from Helena and Lucinda, and were regularly featured in the restaurant, so they knew there was definitely no issue with the taste.

If there was no problem here, then the issue must be with Chef Lin.

As another round of fried rice and noodles was plated, the crowd followed Lucas, gathering around the main course area, their eyes fixed on the two steaming bowls of gourt dishes.

After continuously preparing two rounds of cold dishes, Elsa finally got a chance to pour the dishes into the serving dish. Just as she was wiping the sauce splatters from beside the serving dish, she heard Dais's voice behind her.

"Elsa, what's the situation here? Why is no one eating Jonathan Chef's food?"

"Huh? No, so are eating it, it's just… not many."

Looking at the serving dish beside her with less than half of the two kinds of salads left, her voice gradually weakened.

Just then, several diners ca over to scoop so salad, and Helena quickly stepped forward, squeezing a sweet smile on her face to ask.

"Sorry to disturb you all, since it's our restaurant's first day of operation, would you mind giving us so feedback? With the sa salad options, why do you choose these two instead of the other two?"

"Sure, it's actually nothing much, it's just that we simply haven't tried these two before."

"Yeah, Caesar salad and spinach salad are everywhere. It's rare to see different salads, so we'd definitely try what we haven't had before."

"Most importantly, they really taste great!! Sweet and sour, with a sesa oil fragrance, completely different from other salads—they're just my kind of flavor."

"This salad mixed with vermicelli and bean products is super tasty, it has a rich texture, both crunchy and soft with a chewy bite, especially when paired with these peanuts… Oh, I better stop, I'm drooling."

The reasons given by several diners were completely unexpected for them.

Could it be rely due to a desire to try sothing new?

Helena and Lucinda both sighed with relief, exchanging a knowing glance.

As long as there's no problem with the dishes, the issue might just be a slight miscalculation in selection. Once the guests have tried all the new dishes, this situation should get better.

Curious, they each picked so celery mixed with bean curd and Northeast cold salad to try and see what made the guests give such high praises.

Like Western salads, they were also predominantly sweet, sour, and savory, but overall, the flavors were entirely different, fully bringing out the characteristics of the ingredients, making the sauce seem just a complent to enhance the ingredients.

Crisp and sweet Chinese celery, swathed in sweet and sour sauce, its unique aroma suitably masked, highlighted its fresh sweetness, while the bean curd was soft and juicy, perfectly contrasting with the crunchy celery.

The Northeast salad was sowhat the sa, with the flavors of cucumber shreds and carrot shreds greatly diminished, leaving only the crunchiness, while the seaweed and vermicelli were full of chewiness, the shredded tofu was soft and tender, and various textures mingled in the mouth, creating a wondrously addictive balance that brought about an inexplicable joy.
