Certainly, choosing combat skills that avoid wasting unnecessary energy is good. However, large-scale, fierce lethal skills are sotis indispensable.

The insect ships and Arrowfish in the Dark Waters, the parasites inside the Rock Island Crab, the cockroach swarm on the crimson land, the dragonfly swarm from the sky, and now the White Bone Lizards in the underground cavern-

What they all approach in common is their group nature.

Each one possesses a startling quantity and a frenzied collective mobility.

All along, the [Invisible Sniper] Law had created had demonstrated excellent wide-area offensive performance. But when it ca to the Bone Lizards, the effect was rather unsatisfactory.

Originally, the wide-area offensive nature of the Invisible Sniper was suited for targets without Aura Defense. However, the Bone Lizards used their hard shells to block it, which imdiately served as a wake-up call for Law.

It's a bit weak.

That's right, the Invisible Sniper is, after all, a derivative use of his Domain, not an independent skill. Its offensive capability is indeed sowhat weak.

Although its effectiveness against ordinary people is explosive, on the boundless and perilous Dark Continent, the Invisible Sniper's performance is lacking.

This is only the tip of the iceberg of the Dark Continent, and already the Invisible Sniper is showing signs of weakness. What if he encounters even stronger enemies later?

So, after Law chose the most suitable thod to kill the enemy, he thought of Netero's 100-Type Guanyin.

Law had only ever played ball with Netero and had never truly fought him, so he had never seen Netero's 100-Type Guanyin with his own eyes.

However, the battle between Netero and the Chira Ant King four years later was deeply engraved in the depths of his mory.

Those nearly omnidirectional palm strikes, those lightning-fast strikes that landed with precise accuracy every ti, those relentless palm strikes, each possessing considerable power.

'If Netero's 100-Type Guanyin were used here, it might cause the lizard horde to collapse within seconds.'

This hypothesis took shape in Law's mind, and so he considered abandoning the Invisible Sniper and instead creating a new large-scale offensive skill.

He had this thought, but it wasn't a rejection of his own combat choices.

Without a doubt, when facing so many enemies, converting minimal consumption into one hundred percent output is the optimal choice.

He believed he was correct, but after several experiences, he had gained new insights and new thoughts.

His thoughts began to wander, and he even considered imitating Netero's path, materializing a Nen Beast form that completely abandoned any intelligence and served offensiveness utterly.

To gain sothing, one must lose sothing… this is the embodint of Vows and Limitations.

Netero's Guanyin and Law's Kuro are two extres. The forr could be called chanical, while the latter is a semi-creature with flesh and blood.

When humans skillfully use machinery, they can break through limits.

If he wanted to realize the thought in his mind, he would inevitably need a massive Nen Beast form similar to Netero's chanical one, and the type of offense didn't matter.

It could be from the Enhancent-type, the Emission-type, or even the Transmutation-type.

Because he could utilize the precision and power of each major Nen Category to one hundred percent, so when the conception was fully realized, it might beco a perfect skill.

Letting one's mind wander during battle is a major taboo, but once Law's thoughts started scattering, he almost couldn't rein them in.

His combat concentration dropped significantly, and he nearly suffered an unexpected defeat.

Fortunately, he finally managed to pull himself together in ti, suppressing the thought deep within his mind and focusing on dealing with the Bone Lizards.

Ti passed. Law and Biscuit fought steadily and firmly, causing the number of Bone Lizards to sharply decrease.

However, the indigenous humans continued to fall one after another.

Their combat thod, coordinated with the White Silkworms, was unique. The heat-carrying foot strikes falling from the sky could also instantly kill the Bone Lizards.

But the disparity in numbers between enemy and ally reduced the margin for error to a minimum, as a single mistake would cost them their lives.

Those indigenous humans who fell in battle died from mistakes whose costs were infinitely magnified.

If Law and Biscuit had not joined the battle, it was expected that they, fighting like trapped animals, would ultimately be devoured by the Bone Lizards.

The appearance of the two brought them dawn.

It wasn't until the number of Bone Lizards had significantly decreased that the mortality rate of the indigenous humans was brought under control.

The remaining thirty or so people could basically be declared survivors.

After over an hour of slaughter, the Bone Lizards, rushing forward like tides, finally all fell to the ground. The taut nerves were finally released at this mont.

Law and Biscuit's Aura Consumption was very high, leaving them with less than twenty percent of Potential Aura. They silently looked at the corpses covering the ground, smoothing their disrupted breathing rhythms.

The battle was over. The thirty-one surviving indigenous humans were too exhausted to approach Law and the others.

They all lay prone on the White Silkworms, breathing heavily.

They had all been persevering while holding their breath. Now that the battle was over, they completely collapsed. However, it also demonstrated great resilience… no wonder they could survive in an environnt like the Dark Continent.

"They probably need to rest for a while. I'll go bring Bruna and the others over first." Law said, looking at Biscuit.

"Alright." Biscuit nodded.

Without delay, Law imdiately headed swiftly back in the direction they had co from.

Ten minutes later, Law brought Bruna and the others to the scene.

Upon seeing the scene that resembled a hell of carnage, Tonpa's face twitched, and his heart was overwheld with shock.

Actually, he had been paying attention the battle the whole ti and knew that Law and Biscuit had carried out a slaughter of the Bone Lizards.

But that was only intangible perception, so now, seeing the aftermath with his own eyes, the impact was inevitable.

The ten minutes had also allowed the indigenous humans to catch their breath. At this mont, they still did not approach Law's group imdiately.

Instead, they looked at the bodies of their companions, radiating a palpable atmosphere of grief.

In this encounter, they had lost several hundred of their tribesn.

After more than ten seconds, among the group of thirty-one, a relatively older man jumped down from the White Silkworm. His face bore a scar that covered most of it. He walked towards Law's group.

There was no hostility or wariness, only a gratitude that they weren't adept at expressing.

The scarred man stood still, extended his hand, placed it diagonally across his forehead, and gave a slight bow from the waist to Law and Biscuit. It was his tribe's gesture of gratitude.

"Thank you greatly for your assistance. May I ask which tribe you are from?" The man said politely as he straightened up.

The words he spoke were slightly awkward… it wasn't the common language of the Six Continents, nor did it resemble any of the over two hundred known languages.

In short, as soon as the man spoke, Law's group realized there was a language barrier. However, with Bruna, a top-tier translator, present, it wasn't a major issue.

"Hello."

Law first greeted him in the common language, making the scarred man realize their languages were not mutually intelligible.

While the scarred man was still taken aback, Law began gesturing, attempting to make him understand Bruna's role and achieve the purpose of communication.
