On the top of the mountain.

After seeing the explosion caused by the rocket launcher, the blond young man whistled excitedly and said with a grin, "The boss's rocket launchers are showing their worth."

"Indeed. Ti to move."

The middle-aged leader set down his binoculars, then turned around and walked towards the mountain path they ca from.

The other four people responded in unison. They lifted up the green case, and followed the middle-aged man down the trail.

Inside the mansion.

Although he was unclear about the current situation, Law could infer the general state from the enemy's persuasive shouts over the gaphone.

There is still about an hour left until his abilities were fully unsealed. If he handled things cautiously, he believed the situation would remain manageable.

'I was caught off guard this ti. I'll need to be more vigilant in the future. However, opportunities like this are rare. Even the exhibits in the museum probably wouldn't have as many treasures as Barney's.' Law thought to himself as he shifted his attention away from the white smoke text in his mindscape. It's not common to have an opportunity to increase the average Awakening Rates by 13% at once.

Law didn't know that antiques with Nen attached to them were exceedingly rare, and even if Barney had 128 pieces in his collection, it was a kind of luck to have so many Nen-imbued items among them.

In other words, even if Law finds soone who has collected hundreds of antiques, he may not be able to find ten Nen-imbued items among them.

After Law left his room, he walked along the corridor and went to the upper floors. He intended to survey the situation from a higher vantage point.

Outside the house, the man with the gaphone didn't just keep persuading without doing anything. He fired several more rockets, destroying a part of the mansion and killing over ten people hiding behind barricades.

Hearing the explosions, Law frowned and activated the communication with Kenda as he walked.

"What's the situation?"

After a brief pause, Kenda's gnashing voice ca from the headset: "They sohow got rocket launchers. We may not be able to hold on much longer. The worst thing is, the other side uses the deterrent power of the rocket launchers to persuade our n into surrendering."

"Can't you stop them?" Law asked.

"I'm afraid not." Kenda replied bitterly.

When the chance of winning is completely extinguished and the opponent gives you a chance to survive, surrender is the natural choice.

While Kenda had no reason to surrender, his n were different. Moreover, he was already half-crippled and his words alone held little sway.

"I'm going to check out the situation. Don't cut off the communication."

Law was not as pessimistic as Kenda. He went to the third floor to see the situation outside.

"Law, has your Nen recovered?" Kenda asked expectantly.

"Not yet." Law replied curtly.

In the monitoring room, Kenda let out a heavy sigh before refocusing on the surveillance screen, desperately trying to dissuade his subordinates.

However, no matter how hard Kenda tried to dissuade them, his voice was no match for another wave of enemy's rockets.

The seventy-odd people hiding behind obstacles gradually wavered under the enemy's rocket launcher attacks and words.

'Since we can't hold on any longer, we should just surrender. At least we can still survive.'

After the idea ca to mind, soone took the lead. He dropped the gun in his hand, raised his hands, walked through the window towards the enemy outside, and shouted as he walked: "I surrender! Don't kill !"

"That's the spirit." The man holding the gaphone said with a laugh.

Once the first person surrendered, the others quickly followed. One by one, they dropped their guns and erged from the mansion, driven by their will to live.

When Law reached the room on the third floor, he looked out of the window. From his position, he could only vaguely see a group of people surrounding the mansion, and he couldn't tell how many people there were.

At this ti, Kenda's people were coming out of the mansion one after another and chose to surrender to save their lives.

Kenda's angry voice ca from the headsets, but he was unable to stop his n from walking out of the mansion.

Soon, the seventy-odd people, who were holding the last line of defense, all ca out of the mansion, raising their hands as they faced the enemy.

Law watched this scene silently. Their choice was understandable. After all, if soone could survive, who would be willing to die? The fact these people were able to hold on this long was already comndable.

After all, Barney is dead and Kenda is crippled, but this group of people did not covet the property left by Barney. Instead, they fought desperately through the night. What more could be asked of them?

'The countdown has not ended, and my Nen is still unstable. If I charge in recklessly, the consequences will be disastrous.' Law thought grimly.

Outside, the man holding the gaphone watched as Kenda's n ca out one after another. A hint of coldness flashed across his eyes, but he spoke in a cordial tone, "A wise choice. Congratulations on surviving. As for those who still refuse to surrender, I'll give you three more minutes to surrender. After that, there will be no more chances."

After hearing what was said on the gaphone, those who surrendered breathed a collective sigh of relief. It didn't matter whom they worked for, as survival was their priority.

The three-minute deadline stretched into what felt like an eternity.

In fact, all the people guarding the mansion had already gone out. The only ones remaining were Kenda, Ellie, and two loyal confidants in the monitoring room.

"Law, what should we do now?" In this situation, even if Kenda was not crippled, he would still feel deeply powerless, not to ntion that he couldn't even pick up a gun now.

For Law, this was another perilous scenario he couldn't avoid. However, he has one advantage when encountering this kind of thing, that is, he is calm enough.

Whether fighting Cook, facing the elders, or enduring the battle in the alley on a rainy night, Law remained composed. This mont was no different.

"Don't worry."

Law responded calmly.

Three minutes later, the man holding the gaphone saw that no one ca out of the house, so he sneered coldly.

"To those who surrendered, we are all in this business, so there's no need for unnecessary bloodshed. But tonight's circumstances are… special. My apologies."

As soon as the words fell, the expressions of the seventy or so people who had surrendered suddenly changed.

Ratatatat…!

The crowd surrounding them opened fire directly, and the ruthless bullets ford an impossible-to-dodge barrage that covered the seventy or so people.

Desperate screams resounded through the night sky at that mont, but were soon drowned out by the sound of gunfire. Blood blood like flowers as bodies collapsed in the courtyard, torn apart by bullets.

Unlike previous battles, this was a one-sided massacre.

In the monitoring room, Kenda was stunned when he saw this scene and he closed his eyes in anguish.

From his vantage point on the third floor, Law's expression also darkened. If the enemy had never intended to spare them, they could have just used the rocket launchers to obliterate everyone outright.

Instead, they gave these people hope only to plunge them into despair.

The gunfire lasted for thirty seconds before it stopped, leaving a pile of bodies in the courtyard.

"Haha, Kenda, you're dead." A triumphant laugh ca from the gaphone.

The man who was speaking threw away the gaphone and issued an order for everyone to enter the mansion and kill anyone they saw.

After receiving the order, a group of over 300 n broke off and began approaching the mansion from multiple directions. About 30 n stayed behind, including the nine Mafia's leaders who had orchestrated the attack.

Kenda, who saw this scene through the monitoring room, fell into deep despair. He subconsciously looked towards the small room where Ellie stayed obediently.

"Kenda, don't touch the power supply of the cara. Shut off all other electricity."

At this mont, Kenda heard Law's cold voice in the headset, and as if he had found a life-saving straw, he imdiately asked his n to cut the power.

"Law, please! If they break in, they will never let Ellie go." Kenda's earnest request ca from the headset.

"Keep the communication open, I'll keep you updated on the situation."

Law did not respond directly. With a cold face, he picked up a sharp ornantal dagger from the wall, and then walked out of the room.

Since the enemy sought annihilation, Law wouldn't hold back either.

What is the difference between ten lives and more than four hundred lives?

At this mont, it's just a matter of quantity…

A killing intent quietly emanated from Law, a presence that only soone who had killed soone possessed.

Just as the killing intent appeared, it quickly disappeared. Even without anyone teaching him, Law instinctively knew that it would be easy to be discovered if he released the killing intent.

Since his Nen has not been unsealed yet, he can only rely the environnt to defend against the enemy.

One man versus four hundred n, this is a battle with an absolute nurical disadvantage.

In the courtyard, more than 300 people slowly approached the huge mansion from different directions.

When they were about to reach the entrances, the light inside the mansion suddenly went out, plunging the building into complete darkness.

The sudden change made the more than 300 people subconsciously stop.

'Cornered beast.'

Seeing the mansion fall into darkness, the nine Mafia's leaders waiting outside snorted in their hearts at the sa ti.

In their opinion, Kenda turning off the lights was nothing more than a futile struggle to delay the inevitable and would not change the outco.
