So people love sightseeing while traveling, and so enjoy the food more.

Yu Hongtao’s family was clearly the latter. Every ti they had enough vacation to travel, they would always choose a city full of delicious food.

Breakfasts full of regional flavors at the morning market, proper als at various restaurants for lunch, and hidden snacks at the night market and alleyways for dinner.

While the famous dishes from various places satisfied their taste buds, Yu Hongtao was deeply moved, thinking that one might not be able to taste all the delicious food in Huaxia even in a lifeti!

Unfortunately, in recent years, Yu Hongtao’s family rarely went out.

Almost all you can find in every street and alley is roast at, hot pot, barbecue, and mixed rice; finding a place to eat authentic local specialty dishes is really hard.

This ti, the spicy hot pot in the Northwest beca popular again, so Yu Hongtao thought he’d trust the internet once more!

However, going to the Northwest would have to wait because for a food lover, the mont they catch a whiff of a captivating at aroma, they must find the source no matter what and see what’s going on!

There was no need to search particularly hard.

Yu Hongtao imdiately recognized that the sll ca from the yellow food truck, as most of the other small food trucks nearby were just selling snacks he had seen before, and those things definitely didn’t have this aroma.

"Old..." Yu Hongtao habitually planned to ask first but saw the sign hanging on the car, "Eighty-eight yuan?"

He was not surprised by the price.

But rather that lion’s head, such a dish, appeared on a roadside stall?

This dish, by rights, should only be found in various restaurants, and to a food lover like Yu Hongtao, he had been eating lion’s head since childhood. He even clearly knew which restaurant in Yangzhou had the most flavorful lion’s head and which had the best texture.

However, nowadays, what Yu Hongtao liked most was making it at ho. He usually fried it first, then stewed it, and finally cooked a sauce to go with it, turning it into Four Joy atballs. But for foodies, whether a dish is authentic is never what they care about.

They only care about the appearance, texture, taste, and flavor of the dish.

Chen Mo was still sitting in the car, the progress bar above his head was about to reach the glowing spot. He lifted his eyelids to glance at the man in front of him, "Lion’s head."

Yu Hongtao smacked his lips, "This is wild."

Without saying much, he was about to turn and leave, only to have his wife pull him back, "Why not try one?"

"What’s so good about this? If you want to eat lion’s head, I’ll make it for you at ho, braised, stead, fried, whatever you want, I’ll make it for you."

Yuan Xiaolin shook her head, "No, we haven’t had dinner yet, and the child is at his grandmother’s today, so let’s just have a quick bite and go ho early to rest."

Yu Hongtao’s muscles suddenly tensed.

When the child is not ho, going to bed early often has more implications than the literal aning. He tried to laugh it off to change the subject but noticed the little boss in the food truck was staring at him with interest.

Damn, did soone overhear?

What he didn’t know was that Chen Mo was a bit speechless as well.

From Old Zhao’s wife to looking at those young married won at Gu Fang’s yoga studio, and those mothers at the sumr camp...

Chen Mo had a little question, is it true that won beco insatiable when they reach their thirties or forties?

And looking at these n’s reactions, one by one dodging their gaze, looking nervous, could it be that n in their thirties or forties really can’t keep up?

Chen Mo felt that he was very strong and estimated that such a situation wouldn’t happen to him in the future.

Little did he know, his contemplative expression looked like mockery to Yu Hongtao!

Yu Hongtao straightforwardly said, "Yeah, dear, you’re right! Let’s just have a quick bite and go ho early to rest. How about trying the lion’s head here?"

He intentionally spoke loudly, afraid Chen Mo couldn’t hear him.

That damn competitiveness...

But Yu Hongtao wasn’t easy to bully either. After speaking, he stood at the food truck’s window, nonchalantly adding, "I can’t believe soone dares to set up a stall to sell lion’s head in Yangzhou, it’s the first ti I’ve seen it, and the price isn’t cheap either."

He said to Chen Mo in a tone that seed like a joke but wasn’t, "Little boss, if your lion’s head isn’t tasty, I’m not paying you."

Seeing a business opportunity, Chen Mo stood up straight, "I assure you it’s delicious!"

The braised lion’s head had already impressed even Huaiyang Cuisine chefs, and after his improvents, even local Yangzhou people would easily be won over, wouldn’t they?

For Yu Hongtao, though everything just now was his inner drama, he still felt he might have been played by Chen Mo’s suggestive glance.

In monts like this, he wanted to give this little boss a piece of his mind.

"Chen Mo’s food truck? Your na is Chen Mo, right?"

"Yes."

"Boss Chen, excuse my bluntness. I consider myself sowhat knowledgeable about local cuisine. By rights, lion’s head should be enjoyed fresh out of the pot while it’s hot, fresh, and tender. You, selling it by the roadside, if you eat it a bit later, can it still be tasty?"

Chen Mo nodded in agreent, feeling the man was making a valid point.

But that’s for traditional lion’s head.

This is why he wanted to improve it. If not, the long simring ti would lose much of the at’s aroma, and the original fatty yet not greasy quality would beco soft and sticky, reducing both its texture and taste.

But making it into a sauce-flavored dish was different.

So Chen Mo wasn’t worried about the ti issue; on the contrary, the longer it simred, the better it would taste. After all, the ability to make it perfectly boiled and not quite boiling wasn’t sothing just anyone could do.

"You’re right, but I assure you it’s delicious. If it’s not, you don’t have to pay ."

"Is that so?" Yu Hongtao thought to himself, ’This kid dares to provoke ; maybe others might be embarrassed to not pay, but I really won’t pay you!’

"Yes, I an it. Not only won’t you have to pay, but I’ll also give you two free glasses of juice." Chen Mo shook the wine glass in his hand, "Strawberry flavored."

"Okay, give two lion’s heads!" With that, Yu Hongtao added, "And more soup."

All set.

Just in ti, Chen Mo watched as the progress bar above reached the glowing point and opened the lid.

A rich at aroma instantly swept over, making Yu Hongtao a little dazed. Even the guy selling stinky tofu at the next stall was dumbfounded, "Whoa, this at aroma is more intoxicating than your durian grilled squid?"

"I don’t know, what at is this that’s so fragrant, could it be genetically modified at?"

The tofu guy squinted in contemplation.

What is genetically modified at?
