"I really didn’t open one, I taught myself."

Chen Mo wasn’t prepared to continue this topic; discussing it too deeply would cause a lot of trouble, especially if his parents found out he was no longer working in an office and instead was setting up a street stall.

After all... in the eyes of the older generation, there’s simply no comparison between an office white-collar worker at a state-owned enterprise and a street vendor.

So, it’s best to find an opportunity to have Jiang Fei discuss it.

"Oh right, the buns are ready, everyone go ahead and eat, I’ll go get the buns."

Chen Mo found an excuse to temporarily slip out of the large al scene, sprinting back to the kitchen.

The buns were indeed ready. Since the ingredients from the food truck were semi-finished, the steaming ti was much shorter. Chen Mo carried two large trays of buns back to the table.

The freshly stead buns exuded a comforting wheat fragrance mixed with steam. Especially after eating a bowl of deliciously spicy lamb tripe, one had to eat a bun to feel full.

As Jingzhou people would say, "It feels unsettling without so doughy food."

For Jingzhou people, no matter how many dishes they eat, they must have so dough at the end, otherwise, they feel empty. Perhaps this is what they an by ’one region’s environnt breeds one region’s people.’

The buns in the steaming basket could be described as plump. Each one was white and chubby, with similarly sized pleats at the top, and a small opening showing the liquid almost oozing out.

The uncles present were still slurping the vermicelli in the lamb tripe. There was no denying that this lamb tripe had truly impressed everyone’s taste buds.

Uncle Ping was on his second bowl. The first was eaten so quickly he barely had ti to savor it.

This ti, he took it slow. Even the lamb tripe was eaten in small bites, slowly savoring it. "If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I’d think it was made by the famous tripe restaurants in the city."

The lamb stomach was crisp and tender, with a slightly gelatinous stickiness on the edges, making a "crunch" sound as it was chewed. The outer layer of the lamb intestines was flexible, while the inner layer’s fat lted in the mouth, smooth with a slightly sticky feel.

These were Uncle Ping’s favorite two organs to eat, along with the lamb blood, which was silky and, with just a slight press, lted in the mouth, carrying the spicy and sour aroma of the broth.

After two bites of lamb tripe, he ate a big bite of vermicelli.

The vermicelli absorbed the broth and spicy oil, making it refreshing and tender, mixed with lots of cilantro and scallions, occasionally with so minced lamb tripe mixed in, chewed twice, and swallowed directly.

The heat went from his throat to his stomach, making his pores open automatically.

The other uncles also held bowls, shoveling spoonfuls into their mouths, not even having ti to praise. Seeing the buns being served, Uncle Ping downed the broth in his bowl and reached with his chopsticks.

Not caring whether it was hot, he took a big bite directly!

The scalding broth mixed with three kinds of diced ingredients was wrapped in the bun skin and eaten into the mouth, making Uncle Ping suck in a few breaths before he began to chew.

"Oh my, what kind of bun is this? Why is it so delicious?" Uncle Ping looked incredulously at the half bun in his hand, seeing from the bite, the ingredients inside weren’t many, but all were diced.

This shape of an ingredient had a stronger texture when eaten.

"Three-Piece Bun, a specialty of Yangzhou, I learned it during a business trip so ti ago. How about it?" Chen Mo smiled at everyone.

The others, though skeptical, each grabbed a bun, and after one bite, they couldn’t stop praising it.

"With this skill, why bother with a job? Xiao Mo, listen to your uncle, open a shop in the city and just sell lamb tripe and this bun, you’ll definitely earn more than a job!"

"I agree; look at that old shop with lamb tripe in our city, you have to line up to eat it! I think it’s not even as good as Xiao Mo’s one strand; that shop probably earns over a million a year, right?"

"Forget the lamb tripe; even just the bun is fine. The profit on buns is high, selling a few bags of flour a day is good money."

Each one chipped in, already planning where Chen Mo should rent a place and arranging the shop’s staff.

Uncle Ping suggested having Chen Jinping handle the washing of the lamb tripe in the shop because it’s the toughest and most tiring work. The bought lamb tripe stinks terribly and must be cleaned before cooking.

Have Liu Xiuzhen be responsible for cooking the lamb tripe, and Chen Mo just handle the seasoning.

Hire a few won to make buns, and a catering business earning several million a year was born in Uncle Ping’s mouth.

Chen Mo chuckled as he listened, "Uncle, opening a shop isn’t that easy. Good business relies on more than just good taste; there are other factors at play."

Liu Ping burst out laughing, "Still beats working a job!"

Chen Jinping glanced at Chen Mo from the corner of his eye, relieved to see his son wasn’t swayed by Liu Ping’s words, then quietly finished his fifth bun, mumbling, "Alright, is everyone full? Let’s keep working! There’s still a lot to do."

Chen Jinping was really worried that if they continued eating this way, Chen Mo would be tempted.

After all, his son had gone through the effort of getting into college and landing such a good job; living a stable life was surely better, why bother with a breakfast shop.

With the yard cleaned, the tables and chairs were all set up, but a canopy still needed to be set up over the yard.

To shield the sun on sunny days and rain on rainy days.

Chen Mo then found an unobtrusive table in the yard, sat down, and, with paper, pen, and phone, started browsing the internet for research and continued working on the nu.
