After getting rid of those few people, Chen Mo finally returned to the camper to shower and eat.

Making tofu pudding isn’t sothing that can be done on a whim. Even though Ei Tofu Brain doesn’t have high demands for tofu pudding, Chen Mo still feels that if it’s worth doing, it’s worth making the best kind.
Six hours later, Chen Mo got up on ti.
There’s nothing too mysterious about making tofu pudding, and this was Chen Mo’s first attempt. It simply involves blending the soaked soybeans into soy milk with a blender, then filtering out the okara to get raw soy milk.
The real key is coagulating!
The taste of tofu pudding hinges on the technique of coagulating. Chen Mo wasn’t worried because with a progress bar, it felt like having a cheat. By manipulating the progress bar, she could gauge the right ti.
Let the raw soy milk simr on low heat until it reaches about 85 degrees, then adjust to a gentle heat. Dissolve a tiny amount of coagulant in warm water and pour it in when the soy milk cools to 80 degrees.
Imdiately cover with an insulated lid, turn off the heat, and wait patiently.

However, Chen Mo wasn’t in a hurry, as she had arranged with Cheng Xiuli to start in the afternoon.
She detached the car hitch, left the food truck in the parking lot to let the tofu pudding continue forming, and drove the camper to procure the necessary ingredients. She then slowly made her way to Dashuang Village.
As it was approaching noon, Chen Mo parked outside Big Windmill Kindergarten. It was nearly dismissal ti, and quite a few parents had already gathered.
Chen Mo looked around but didn’t see that old beast.
With delightful music playing, a swarm of kids rushed out of the school. As usual, the boys headed straight for the older n stationed at the gate with drink containers and started peeing, then collected their paynt.
The girls, however, either paired up to head ho or looked for their parents.
"Yingzi?" Chen Mo spotted the familiar little girl walking out of the school. She always looked downcast before, but today she seed different.
Yingzi dashed out of the school, directly diving into the arms of a middle-aged woman without a glance.
The woman joyfully picked Yingzi up, discreetly pulled a canned fruit from her pocket, and handed it to Yingzi. It was unclear what she said.
The woman gently put Yingzi down, opened the can for her, and Yingzi carried the can to the woman’s mouth. Only after the woman took a couple of sips of the juice inside did Yingzi start eating the fruit.
"That must be her mother."
Chen Mo roughly guessed the mother-daughter conversation because after Yingzi finished eating, the woman tossed the can into the trash and slowly led Yingzi ho.
"A child with a mother is a treasure, haha... President Cheng, President Cheng, I hope you don’t disappoint ."
Chen Mo returned to the driver’s seat and set off towards the city!
