Where Eyes Wander and Hearts Stir
After leaving the arena, Leon raised a hand casually, his sleeve shifting with the motion.
"That’s enough for today. You’re free to move as you like."
There was no ceremony in his tone—just quiet authority.
Before anyone could respond further, his figure had already lifted into the air, robes fluttering lightly as he flew back toward the Athyst Summit Division.
He didn’t even look back.
To him, the arena had already lost its aning.
Children fighting... what’s there to watch?
His thoughts were calm, grounded.
The truth was, his growth recently had been too fast.
Too smooth.
Too... dangerous.
Power gained without ti to settle often beca unstable. Leon understood that better than anyone. Beneath his composed exterior, he had already made his decision.
I need to stabilize my mana.
His mind drifted briefly—
To that silent, desolate place he had once discovered.
A tomb.
A Martial Emperor’s tomb, hidden deep within an uninhabited region.
It had not yet opened.
But the pressure... the aura... even rembering it now made his senses sharpen.
At least a few more months...
Good.
That was enough.
Enough ti to temper himself.
Enough ti to prepare.
Back at the arena—
Selena, Rias, and Harry remained.
None of them moved imdiately after Leon left.
For a brief mont, the space felt... looser.
Less restrained.
And then—
Harry exhaled sharply.
"Finally..."
His shoulders dropped, and the careful posture he’d been maintaining all this ti completely vanished.
He stretched his arms lazily, a grin spreading across his face.
"Sisters, I’ve got sothing to do. I’ll head off first. You two can go wherever you want."
His tone carried that familiar, shaless excitent.
Before either of them could stop him—
He was already gone.
Straight toward the South Arena.
Rias blinked, then narrowed her eyes.
"...That fast?"
Selena’s gaze followed Harry’s retreating figure, her expression cooling slightly.
"...Suspicious."
Rias folded her arms, tilting her head.
"Very suspicious."
She leaned closer, voice dropping into a playful whisper.
"He didn’t even pretend properly. That’s not ’sothing to do’... that’s ’sothing he shouldn’t be doing.’"
Selena’s lips pressed into a thin line.
"...Agreed."
There was a pause.
Then Rias suddenly smiled.
"Let’s follow him."
Selena didn’t hesitate.
"...Alright."
The South Arena.
The mont they approached, the atmosphere changed.
The air itself felt different—lighter, warr... and strangely chaotic.
This was the ho ground of the Holy Water Division.
And more importantly—
It was filled with female students.
Everywhere.
Soft laughter.
Flowing robes.
Fragrance carried faintly in the air.
And surrounding them—
A dense outer circle of male students.
All of them pretending to watch the battle.
None of them actually watching the battle.
"...Wow," Rias muttered under her breath, lips twitching. "This place is... lively."
Selena’s eyes swept across the crowd, her expression turning slightly colder.
"...Pathetic."
Not one of those boys denied it.
Every gaze was sharp. Focused. Greedy in the most restrained way possible.
"Selena? Why are you here?"
A clear, cheerful voice broke through the noise.
Selena turned—and for the first ti, her expression softened.
"Sana..."
Sana approached quickly, her long black hair swaying behind her, eyes bright with genuine happiness.
"I thought you’d still be at the East Arena," she said, slightly breathless. "Didn’t your Athyst Summit Division have matches today?"
Selena gave a small nod.
"We’re done."
Her voice was quieter now. Warr.
"I didn’t have anything else to do... so I ca to see you."
Sana smiled imdiately, not doubting her at all.
"Then you ca at the right ti. Co, I’ll take you inside."
With Sana leading—
They passed through the dense outer crowd effortlessly.
anwhile—
Outside.
Harry stood frozen.
"...What."
He had been squeezing, pushing, struggling for several minutes.
Didn’t move an inch.
And now—
They just walked in?
"...This is discrimination," he muttered, staring at their backs with hollow eyes.
He looked at the crowd.
Then at himself.
"...Life is unfair."
Inside the inner circle—
The atmosphere was calr.
Clearer.
And at the center—
Maya stood.
Her presence alone seed to quiet the surrounding space.
Her long blue hair flowed gently behind her, catching the light like rippling water. The sky-blue robes clung softly to her slender fra, the white sash resting perfectly against her narrow waist.
The slit of her robe revealed long, smooth legs with every subtle shift of posture.
And higher—
Her boobs.
Full. Heavy. Proud.
Far beyond what Selena or Rias had.
Not exaggerated.
Not flaunted.
But impossible to ignore.
A mature, natural curve that moved slightly with her breathing—effortless, overwhelming.
Even the air around her felt... softer.
More dangerous.
Maya’s gaze shifted.
She noticed them.
But her eyes instinctively searched past them.
Just for a second.
Then—
A flicker of disappointnt.
He’s not here...
She masked it quickly.
"Respected Maya."
Selena and Rias bowed slightly.
Maya nodded, then asked, almost casually—
"Where is your Teacher?"
Selena answered calmly, "We only had two matches today. After that... Teacher returned."
"Oh..."
That single sound carried sothing faint.
Almost... regret.
Then she rembered.
"Your opponents today... were from the Secret Sword Summit, right?"
Her eyes sharpened slightly.
"How did it go? Did you win?"
There was a subtle tension beneath her voice.
Rias tilted her head, smiling.
Her red eyes curved like crescents, bright and playful.
"We won both matches."
A pause.
Then—
"Guardian Elder Shera fainted from anger and was carried back."
Silence.
Then—
"What?"
Maya’s eyes widened slightly.
For a brief mont—
Her composure cracked.
And then—
She laughed.
Soft at first.
Then brighter.
"Interesting... I missed sothing like that?"
Her lips curved beautifully, her entire presence blooming in that mont.
"...What a pity."
Rias and Selena both froze.
Not because of the words.
But because of that smile.
It was... dangerous.
Too beautiful.
Too alive.
And sohow—
It made them feel smaller.
Rias subconsciously straightened her posture, her chest rising slightly as if trying to match that presence.
Selena’s fingers tightened faintly at her side.
...She’s overwhelming.
Not just appearance.
Not just body.
But presence.
Confidence.
Maturity.
Everything they hadn’t fully grown into yet.
Maya’s voice softened, almost to herself.
"He’s quite sothing..."
A faint smile lingered on her lips.
"Cruel in the gentlest way... sharp without raising his blade..."
She exhaled lightly.
"...I like that."
Rias leaned closer to Selena imdiately, whispering—
"...Senior Sister."
Her tone dropped.
"...Don’t you think Respected Maya is interested in our Teacher?"
Selena’s eyes flickered.
"...No way."
But her voice lacked certainty.
Rias smirked slightly.
"...You sure?"
Selena didn’t answer.
Her gaze had already shifted back to Maya—
Quiet.
Sharp.
Watching.
