The other guard had a wary expression. Seeing that, I stood cross-ard. I could have sneaked in secretly. But my whereabouts were already known. So I am curious whether the Lizzen State officials are as welcoming as the Tribal Wizards.
Not long after, a middle-aged man in a tuxedo appears. Seeing that, I imdiately used the probe function on him.
"Level-9 Wizard," My heart sparked a storm. What is the Peak Wizard doing here?
"I rember there was no level-9 Wizard here when I last left this place," I said in my heart.
The blue-suited official approached with a smile.
"Who might you be?" he inquired.
"I am sorry, I can not reveal my identity. But I will not stay in your country. I need to travel sowhere else," I replied.
The middle-aged man's expression tightened. He tries to see through the visitor's strength. But he was unable to do so.
"What is it?" He muttered to himself.
Either the person is stronger than him, or he is using a concealnt artifact.
His eyes conveyed greed. His family has assigned him the task of capturing Vincent Carey, a rising wizard. He considered resting until then. But he did not expect to receive a windfall right now.
The next mont, he changed his tone.
"Ha...Ha..Ha..., you do not have to reveal your identity. The airship to the border will arrive the next morning. If you want, you can stay in our guest mansion until then," the middle-aged man explained.
The guards are taken aback after hearing this. They were aware that the area was off limits. The facility is only open to guests.
