But she urgently needs to make decisions. She can't keep the criminal in the cell forever. She doesn't know whether the Transmutation Society is aware of his location
If it is, then it might cause problems later. The Wizards from the Transmutation Society might co here in search of the criminal.
At the sa ti, she is hesitating whether to inform the council elders or not. Because the council elders were divided. She fears people could use this opportunity to stir up trouble.

The Travel Notes of Edwin is sothing. He talked about the Powerful Wizard Clans in the Ancient Redwood Country. I thought I was already dealing with the most powerful people.
But it appears that the Wizard Families outside of the True Elents Society territory were strong as well. The Clonius Family and Perry Family's base is located in the cities under the True Elents Society.
The Verdant City is the smallest among them.
But those Wizard Families outside of the True Elents Society are similar to Wizard Organisation. They can rival any top organisation in the Ancient Redwood Country.
I was not surprised. Before coming to the Ancient Redwood Country, I read these details back in the Yellow River Academy's library as well.

I don't know whether Elder Stella has given the rewards. I hope she gives the credit points.
When I got there. As usual, the room was open. I walked inside. Elder Paul is smiling at .
"You ca at the right ti. Elder Stella contacted . She has not decided upon the rewards. So she has asked , Paul Lin said.
I sat on the seat opposite to him.
"Oh," I uttered in surprise. If she hadn't decided then I can ask for the credit points. Which is practical to .
"Elder, then can you ask her to give credit points," I replied.
Paul Lin was surprised. Then he realised Vincent must be asking for the Mana Chamber Facility.
"Vincent, I think you should wait for a while," Paul Lin said.
"Hmmm," I raised my eyebrows in surprise.
Looking at Vincent's confusion, he decides to clarify.
"You can earn credit points by doing missions. But don't you forget that the Intelligence Departnt is one of the Mage Departnts as well."
"They have a treasury as well. You can ask her to select one of the treasures from their treasury," Paul Lin said.
Hearing that, I felt sothing click in my mind.

A chanical voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that I paused my footsteps and looked in that direction.
I spotted a few wizards looking at . Then my gaze fell on their badges.
"Beast Tars," I said in my heart.
They are wearing the sa badge as those three guys. I can understand why they are here. Maybe Elder Stella is yet to reveal the news about the capture of the Transmutation Wizard.
After glancing at them, I turned around to walk inside the building.
On the other hand, the Wizards from the Beast Taming Departnt decide to return as well. They were here to see him whether he was going outside or not.
Now that they have seen him. They are going back.
Shortly afterwards,
Inside the Beast Taming Departnt, Gordon is chatting with his friends Don and Ema. Issac was not here.
While they were talking and laughing. Gordon receives a ssage. After reading it, his eyes turned cold.
Don and Emma notice his expression.
"What happened?" Don asked.
"Vincent Carey was seen going back to his dorm. He is not going out for the mission," Gordon said in a solemn tone.
"Elder Jordan told us that Council Elder Milo had his plans. We don't have to be involved in this anymore," Ema said.
"I know. But what to do with the humiliation he caused to us," Gordon said in a cold tone.
He never had faced such a treatnt before. Especially from the wizards of the other Magic Departnts. Either people are afraid of the Beast Taming Departnt or Aristocratic Families.
They don't dare to ss with him. But Vincent Carey has done this to him. He wants to pay back. So he didn't care about the elders' plans.
Ema and Don exchanged looks. Their eyes flash with worry. They have already escaped from danger. They both don't want Gordon to drag them to the deep pit again.
At this ti, they couldn't help but think of Issac. Issac has cleverly left them. But both Don and Ema realised that Issac must have predicted this before.
Just as Gordon is contemplating. He receives a sudden call. It was soone from the Bloodline Beast Departnt.
He has so aristocratic friends studying there as well. So he attends the call.
Don and Ema turned towards him. They were worried that soone had said sothing bad again.
"Are you serious?" Gordon asked.
Don and Ema looked at each other. They saw Gordon's mood turn better. He's not angry anymore.
"Alright, we will et tomorrow," After saying that he ended the call.
"What is it again?" Ema asked.
Gordon smiled and said, "It's good news. Soone from the Bloodline Beast Departnt wants to join hands with us to deal with Vincent Carey."
"What?" Don uttered in surprise.
"Weren't the Perry Family mbers were after him as well?" Ema asked.
"I'm hoping it's them. But my friend didn't reveal the identity. He wants us to go with him tomorrow," Gordon replied.
But Don and Ema stayed silent.
