From MC's Perspective:
I'm just getting close to the dorm building, but my heart palpitates for so reason. I stopped moving and wiped away my cold sweat.
"Why am I feeling that sothing is not right?" I asked myself in my heart.
The dorm building was not far away from here; it's just across a couple of buildings.
"System, is there anyone observing secretly?" I asked the system in my mind.
[Ding! No one is spying on the host.]
[Ding! But mana disturbance was detected.]
The chanical voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that, my pupils shrink. I couldn't be more familiar with the term. The mana disturbance only happens when a powerful wizard is moving in the air.
"System, can you locate the source?" I asked.
[Ding! Mana disturbance around the dorm building is high.]
Hearing that from the system, I beca more convinced that sothing was happening around the dorm building. Elder Paul wouldn't ask to go there for no reason.
A cold glint flashed in my eyes.
I changed my plans and decided to leave the True Elents Society for now. Recently, I had been unhappy with how things were going.
"Maybe I should go to the Abandoned Pinewood Forest?" I said to myself.
Once my strength reached Magic Level-8, I wouldn't have to worry about the Level-9 Wizard. I would even have enough strength to protect myself from the Supre Wizard.
"Ah, little guy. What are you doing?"
A beautiful voice reached my ears. Hearing that, my body trembled because the voice belonged to the Supre Wizard Phylia.
"Was she back from her retreat?" I wondered.
"Co to my Magic Palace!"
I heard the voice again. My heart beat with excitent. Finally, I had a way to solve this deadlock.
I then changed my direction and started walking toward the White Magic Palace, which is the Magic Residence and Research Lab of Supre Wizard Phylia.
anwhile,
Rhys Perry found the dorm building. When he got there, he also saw Aaron Perry and Milo. His eyes flashed with murderous intent.
"Ha... H... Ha..., I knew two trash would be here," Rhys said.
Hearing that, Aaron Perry and Milo's faces changed drastically. When they turned around, they saw Rhys Perry in front of them.
Both of them had one thought in their minds: How did he get here?
Aaron Perry shuddered. He thought that the madman had lost patience with them. Milo's face looked grim as they stared at each other.
He didn't know what he had gotten himself into.
"Where is that kid?" Rhys Perry asked.
"Lord, that kid is not in this building. He is staying sowhere else because his room was destroyed," Aaron replied.
Hearing that, Rhys Perry snorted.
"I don't know how two Council Elders can be this incompetent. You guys can't even find a Level-6 Wizard," Rhys scolded them.
Milo said, "Lord, you shouldn't have co here. You can only visit your family mbers during the dayti. It's against the rules to co at night."
"Ant!"
Rhys Perry was pissed off. He imdiately used his mana to slap him.
Slap!
Milo was caught off guard. He felt as if his face had been hit by a hamr. Milo coughed up blood.
Aaron Perry shuddered. He didn't know whether to call Milo daring or not. It was unwise to anger the madman who had lost his reasoning.
Milo's eyes reddened with anger. The veins were popping up in his forehead. If it weren't for Rhys Perry's identity, he would have attacked him right there.
"Lord, please don't use mana here. The elders and guardians will be alard," Aaron persuaded.
But he didn't know they were already under the watch of others.
Not far away from them, a guardian was observing their movents. He was also sharing the news with other guardians who were with Elder Stella, Ross, and Paul Lin.
"How is it?" Paul Lin asked.
The shadowy figure replied, "We have a new arrival, but he doesn't seem to be a mber of True Elents Society."
"What?"
"An outsider has co," Elder Ross exclaid.
Nobody can use the Teleportation Platform at night apart from the organization's mbers.
So they all looked confused and glanced at each other.
"It's true. The other guardian found that he is speaking to the council elders in a commanding tone," the shadowy figure replied. Discover hidden content at My Virtual Library Empire
Elder Stella frowned. Things were getting out of hand. More importantly, there was no sign of Vincent Carey coming to the dorm building either.
She didn't know whether there would be a better chance to capture the three enemies.
"Elder Paul, Vincent is not coming. A new enemy has appeared here as well. We don't know if both are related," Stella said in a somber tone.
Paul Lin frowned. He knew Vincent wouldn't usually refute his words unless sothing else was happening.
"Let's wait five more minutes," he replied.
Hearing that, she sighed inwardly. He didn't know why that kid was acting this way.
...
Starlight Magic Palace:
I arrived at the magnificent palace. Before I could do anything, the door automatically opened. Seeing that, I entered the place.
"Just turn right and walk straight toward the garden. I'm there!"
The voice reached my ears again. Hearing that, my mouth twitched. I didn't know why this was so mysterious.
I followed the route and went to the garden. When I arrived, I saw an old woman in a white robe having tea.
Seeing that, my pupils shrink.
"Little guy, co here," Phylia said.
Hearing that, I walked up to her. She then told to sit across from her with a dignified expression on my face.
Phylia then looked at Vincent Carey. Her eyes tried to see through him, but her prying was blocked, as usual.
She didn't dwell on it and asked, "I can't see your strength, but I feel you have improved."
My heart was in turmoil, but I quickly cald myself.
"I'm just taking one step at a ti, Elder," I replied.
Phylia was once again surprised by the calmness of this kid.
"I had been doing research in the lab, so I hadn't had ti to take care of you. I don't know whether you have encountered any troubles," she said.
