After knowing that the newcor of the Silver Tower is the real deal, they have to reevaluate their relationships with the Silver Tower.
The wizard seeds might not be official mbers, but the Mage Union uses them for special resource distribution. When there is a scarce or special resource, the Mage Union conducts competitions to select the Magic Tower.
The wizard seeds play a vital role in that event. Now that the Silver Tower has Vincent Carey, their chances of winning have beco higher.
Now, the other Magic Towers won't accept it. They will do sothing to strengthen their Magic Towers as well.
At the sa ti, the forbidden wizard of the Black Tower's eyes flash with killing intent. He made a mistake by not eliminating Vincent Carey that day.
Now, because of Tom Doyle's defeat, the reputation of the Black Tower would hit rock bottom. He can't be angry at Tom Doyle.
Because he was the one who first gave him the order. Besides, Corrosion Magic is still rare magic in their Black Tower, and Tom Doyle is still one of the strongest among the other wizard seeds. They are not going to punish him like that.

A chanical voice sounds in my mind. Hearing that, I know this is the guy; apart from him, there is no one else here.

If it were outside, I could use the Gregor Mansion to hide. But I can't do anything here. I calm down my turbulent heart and continue to stare at him.
The Black Tower's forbidden wizard continues to stare. He wants to scare that kid so that he would be afraid to go outside. He is giving ntal pressure.
If it were anyone else, they would have collapsed from sensing his killing intention. At least they would run away, but he is surprised by the kid's calmness.
